It was hot, the type of hot that could melt your brain and you'd not even miss it, too damn hot for this early in the year, even at this evening hour. As per the evening ritual of the last few days, there was a plethora of lounge chairs on the well manicured lawn of HSU and students sunning, lounging and sipping frilly, fruity drinks observing life in this quiet little part of the world once more.

"Hey look, there goes Darry again" Lynn commented as she motioned her Bahama Mama in the direction of the mine as all heads turned to see what was going on.

"Emmy's not going to like this" Ellie sighed before taking a sip from her daiquiri.

"I would think not" Robin remarked as she took a bite of the pineapple which had adorned her glass rim.

"Get ready, here it comes!" Kymira grinned. And as if on cue the faint sounds of Emmy's protest could be heard across the hot, humid, dead air of evening. "She's a little slow tonight, must have been pre-occupied with General Max" she giggled as everyone joined in.

"What's up with Darry?" JenJen quizzed as the nurse emerged from the mine, looking a little mellow and hazy to say the least as she made a dramatic exit and headed straight to Dande's haven in the tower for the second time today.

"I'm not sure, but she looks a little wenchy right now" Kendra thought aloud as there was a collective nod of agreement from those around her. "Oh my God...there he is, do you see him, do you see him?" she asked with the squeal of a child on Christmas morning, as the subtle glint of sunlight off leather indicated the other General was making a quick inspection of the mine entrance.

"Ah huh..." Ellie sighed in exasperation as this reaction took place every evening at this exact time when the General made his rounds. "Yes we see him Kendra, now would you please just get a grip!" she demanded as she began to put more suntan lotion on her arms.

"Come on El take it easy" Kymira objected, "I happen to like the guy, besides it's not like our General has been around lately, much less paid any attention to us for ...for I don't know how long"she snapped.

"And the appointments...what appointments?" Judy exclaimed as she brought fresh drinks out to the masses and then took a seat herself. " I mean he is wearing black again, that is a plus." She quickly added as all minds thought back to the earlier encounter where the General wanted information and he looked incredibly sexy in his stalking, I want information and I want it now mood.

"Aaaaahhhhhh...." Was heard in unison from the Ho's as they lounged and sweet memories flooded their brain.

"This whole place has gone wacked." Robin stated "just take a look at Diebin over there" she added as she nodded her head in the direction of the Admin building where Diebin was entering.

"So...?" Kendra questioned as she sipped her mega margarita.

"Hello, anybody home?" Kymira remarked. "Have you taken a good look at her lately? I mean she's wearing a tiara!"

"Well yes I did notice that, but I figured it's just a phase." Kendra replied as all heads turned in her direction. "I mean can't she accessorize?"

"No, not when it involves wearing a tiara" Judy corrected as she slipped on her shades and got comfortable. " I mean it's in the bi-laws or something that no one within a mile or so can be seen wearing a tiara, isn't that right Brenda?"

"Yeah, and if Emmy ever saw Diebin with the thing on.... let's just say Death Match 2000 would be on for good this time." Brenda said before flipping onto her stomach to get an even tan on her back.

"Oh and lets not go into the stiletto heels Diebin wears" Judy mused.

"You mean there's something in the bi-laws about those too?" Ellie gasped.

"To put it mildly, you would need an act of war to get clearance to wear those things on campus if you're not Diebin." Judy added, as there was a collective "ooh" from those surrounding her. "Oh well that'll never happen huh?" she giggled.

"Like who would ever think to attack this place!" Kendra snorted.

"Yeah, like those big bad wusses from Wanker College..." Kymira laughed as everyone joined in, rather amused at the absurd idea.

"Hey I've got an idea," Jael grinned, "lets say we blow this popsicle stand and head into town tonight, anybody game?"

"Sure sounds good to me!" Kymira chimed in as JenJen nodded her head in agreement.

"Great, where do you guys want to go? Jael asked as she looked around to the others.

"Oh have we got a place for you!" Kymira grinned wickedly, "we went there last week and had loads of fun!"

"Where's that?" Lynn questioned as she sat up.

"The Pink Banana!" Ellie smiled brightly.

"What's that?" Jael wondered as she thought twice about asking the giddy Ho's.

"Oh we'll let you be surprised." Kymira smiled. "Besides Bob should be there tonight, right Kendra?"

"Yep... he should" Kendra nodded. "Besides we don't have classes tomorrow so we can stay out late and sleep in."

"Sounds like a plan to me" Judy agreed " I say we go change and meet in the parking lot in an hour."

"You got it!" JenJen replied as the mass of bodies slowly began to disburse, never knowing what would await them the following morning.
