Disclaimer: I have no life. Emmy invited us to jump in ;-) Nobody's mine but me. Apologies to Darry, Emmy, Shana, Tasha, Caeryn and Dande. No apologies to my good neighbor Jael, she's already got the General. (I guess I should apologize to my grandmother for picking on Nuns, too. Nah I'll just confess at church tomorrow.)
Timeline: Takes place between Paradise Lost parts 1 & 2. Love ya, Emmy

*~*~*~

Darry stood at the kitchen counter and calmly called the emergency meeting to order. "By now you all know the situation. Remember Diebin went into this willingly, she will probably have to be dragged out kicking and screaming. The floor is open for suggestions."

Tasha immediately stood up. "I vote that we use the same plan as when we sprang the General last time. Two of us masquerade as nuns and go in. First let's try logic and see if we can talk her out."

"I'll go with you since Jael's not here," Shana said. "Surely between the two of us we can convince her that this isn't really a good solution."

Emmy bounced enthusiastically in her seat. "I'll come, too!! Then, if she doesn't agree to come willingly, I'll bash her in the head and we can DRAG her out!!!"

"My Master always said that Violence wasn't a solution," Dande dabbed carefully at her eyes with her lace handkerchief. "He'd nevah resort to bashing Diebin in the head."'

Darry raised her voice to carry over the sound of Ho's arguing about whether bashing Diebin in the head would solve anything. "Be that as it may, we still need to get her out. Are we all in favor of dressing like Nuns and infiltrating that convent?"

Darry turned in the direction of the muffled snort she heard and zeroed in on the padawan ho who had just inhaled her orange juice and the wench who was considerately beating her on the back.

"You have something to add to this conversation?" she inquired.

Brenda nodded, took a gasping breath and waved Dande away. "Sorry, but I just got a visual of you Ho's as nuns, and it wasn't a pretty picture."

The Diva Ho immediately jumped up, planted both hands on her hips and jutted out her chin. "Hey, watch out there, apprentice of mine. Are you accusing me of not being able to look..." Her voice died out and she slumped back into her chair. "Hmmmph. Never mind."

"Exactly!" Dorotea looked around the table where the Ho's had gathered to plan their mission to save their wayward sister-Ho. "Nuns aren't normal. They can sense deception a par-sec away! Why, if we're not careful they'll have all of us repenting sins we haven't even committed yet and cloistering ourselves away forever!!"

Darry nodded at this undisputable fact. "Still, that's a risk we have to take. We can't just leave Deibin there." She looked around the table. "Any other ideas, Ho's? I'm still open to suggestions."
