It was early, too early for anyone to be calling...except for Darry. Struggling to reach the cell phone that now rested amongst the scattered clothing and other paraphernalia, from last nights Olympic trials with Mo. Kendra found her new cell phone, with private number no less and hurriedly answered the annoying device.
"What?" Kendra asked with an edge as Mo could be heard in the background snoring loudly.
"Kendra I need you to tell Ellie that she has the day free." Darry stated casually as the frosh Ho just groaned.
"Ellie has her own phone, plus my old cell phone, why are you calling me? And how did you get this number?" Kendra sighed.
"As I've told you before, I know everything." Darry reminded. "Besides, this way is more fun!And another thing, do I hear snoring?" She questioned as the frosh Ho quickly dove for the bed and covered Mo's mouth and nose, stopping the offending noises.
"Must be JenJen or Kymira!" Kendra shot back. "You know how these wall are in the dorms, paper thin, you can hear everything! Shut up over there!" She shouted as she beat the wall once for good measure.
"Number one I don't know how the walls are in the dorms... I do know the clinic walls are damn thick it took forever to make those holes for the equip...where was I? Number two, you had best hope I have an EA on my desk before anything happens, especially if that isn't Jen or Kymira you're smothering!" Darry added as Kendra noticed the wide-eyed, thrashing hockey player gasping for air beside her before quickly removing her hand from his face.
"Got ya!" the frosh agreed. "Tell El she's free and...talk later Darry, got something important to do!" And with that Kendra flung the phone across the bedroom, kissed Mo, then attempted to dress in record time, without ever realizing she'd just hung up on the Nurse. Not a good thing to forget.
"Stay here Mo, why don't you check out the closet!" Kendra insisted as she pulled him from the bed. Then thrust him in amongst the boots, jeans and Pink Banana regalia, before throwing his clothes in behind him and slamming the door shut. "Gotta run, I'll bring back breakfast!" She yelled as she hurriedly ran to Ellie's room, flinging the door open with a loud crash. "Hey El, Darry says your servitude is null and void today!"
"My what is what?" Ellie asked as she sat up in bed and tried to pry her eyes open.
"You have a free day! See ya later, I've got to find that EA form I threw away, before Darry gets into the clinic." Kendra explained before dashing out the door, never noticing the once sleeping visitor making tea in the kitchen.
"Sorry about that..." Ellie groaned as she stumbled from her bedroom and gratefully accepted the cup of tea. "Kendra's a little pressed for time, and tends to panic." She added as Ben just nodded his head in understanding.
"I see...there's nothing to be sorry about, I was already awake...seems your friend is rather...how shall I put this..." Ben began as he looked to the ceiling as if for the answer. "Rather, vocal when she's...sleeping." He grinned in a very familiar cocky grin, which made Ellie look at her old family friend with her head tilted to the side. Then quickly shook off that momentary thought of how familiar that grin was.
"Vocal, if you thought last night was bad, wait till the Gener...never mind. What do you say I get dressed and I show you around today?" Ellie stated, as Ben seemed to bow before her in agreement. Funny she'd never noticed that trait before she mused before shaking her head once more to clear the thoughts. Must be the lack of her morning poptarts and little time with the General, Ellie convinced herself before going into her room to get dressed.

"Judy, I need your help?" Kendra asked as she raced into the bar, coming to a frantic stop before crashing into a table.
"What's wrong? Nothing's happened to the General, has it? I told Emmy not to use those dull clippers on his hair! Always use the right kind of equipment for the right job! Have you called Darry? Does he need a blood transfusion?" Judy began to ramble with alarm. "She's cut off his..."
"It's not the General." Kendra tried to calm the over agitated bar keep. "I was just wondering if I left my blank EA application in here...you know how hard those are to find around campus? Mine must be the only one left for miles..."
"Out..out!" Judy ordered as she pointed towards the door. "Don't you ever come in here giving me a heart attack again... I thought it was the General!" She continued as she collapsed into a chair. "And no I haven't seen your blank EA!"
"Sorry Judy, I didn't mean to freak you like that." Kendra apologize. "Let me get you a drink, that'll help you relax, margarita?"
"Make that a mega. After that scare I need to relax." Judy moaned as Kendra quickly went behind the bar and made Judy her drink. "And get your hands off those gummy fish!" She shouted as Kendra pulled the bag from under her sweatshirt, placing it back on the counter.

"Thank gawd you're here!" Kendra shouted with panic as she raced into the lounge where she found Jen and Kymira. "My blank EA, have you seen it?"
"No I haven't seen your blank EA, you act like it's the only one left on campus." Kymira remarked as she sat on the couch watching Judge Judy.
"It probably is!" Jen giggled, "seems there's been a rash of EA's around here lately and nobody working, so that means...no copies! Ky look, this fool thinks Judge J is going to fall for that innocent boy look...PLEASE! You go Judge J!"
"What are you doing?" Robin asked as she walked into the lounge with Brenda and they spotted Kendra throwing magazines in the air.
"My EA...have you seen it?" The frantic Ho begged as she now continued her assault on the cushions of the chairs.
"You trashed it, yesterday." Brenda replied as she grabbed a soda and joined Ky and Jen on the couch.
"Noooooooo!" Kendra could be heard screaming across campus.

"Dorotea, where's Cal?" Kendra asked as she raced into the library, tripping over the remains of one coffin while Xani sat on top of the beautiful black model deeply involved with his computer game.
"Cal, what do you need Cal for?" Dorotea questioned as the frosh glanced to the other coffin which seemed to be snoring of its own accord.
"It's a long story, but Cal just dumped the trash, which had my blank EA, which is the only one left on campus, I'm finally getting some and Darry's going to kill me if I don't fill out the proper paperwork!" Kendra rambled as Xani raised an eyebrow as he watched with interest. "Oohh is that Elf bowling?" The frosh suddenly asked as the familiar taunting of little elf men could be heard coming from the laptop. "I was so addicted to that game! Have you killed the deer yet? How 'bout getting mooned?" Kendra giggled with the glazed eyes of an addict.
"An Elf Bowl connoisseur as my self." Xani purred as he began to stand. But Dorotea pushed him back down on the coffin with a loud thud and a quick glare. "She's a frosh, she doesn't know any better!" Dorotea stated then turned around to snap Kendra out of her daze. "Cal was headed towards the incinerator, if you hurry, you should catch him!"
"An...incinerator? I didn't know we had an incinerator? Oh sweet...Noooooo!" Kendra bellowed once more as student and faculty alike stopped what they were doing to ponder what was causing such a reaction. Then quickly realizing that it was just another normal day at HSU.
