Dorotea picked up the phone and pressed #2, the Wench hotline.
"Hello," Dande lilted.
"Hi, it's Dorotea, can I talk the Mas-hippie?"
After a long pause, Dande asked, "Have you been drinking?"
"Yes. Please, I'm having a crisis, can I talk to him?"
"Uh, okay, you're not going to scream at him are you?"
"Dande, put him on!"
Dande held her hand over the speaker, "Mas-hippie, it's Dorotea she wants to talk to you."
"I knew she would come to her senses," the hippie said imperiously.
Dande arched a brow, she would never disagree, with her hippie, but the idea of Dorotea coming to her senses was ludicrous. Dorotea hadn't had any sense in years. "Um, sure, here's the phone, I'll just go get some grapes washed for after your little conversation."
The hippie took the phone. "Yes, Dorotea."
"I need some advice...you see Xani mindtricked me into Goth'ing the General and well, that pretty much scared everyone, except for Laure, who seemed to kinda like it, and anyway Emmy freaked and blamed me totally, and she cruelly left the Suit of Armor out in the rain, rusting him shut and then she superglued me out of the library. And then Xani wouldn't unglue the doors. Of course, that is probably smart, considering what I am going to do to him when I get my hands on him. Anyway, we managed to get RB out of the rusty armor and he is dressed in the white outfit now, but still terribly vexed and feeling unloved and whining about how dark it was in the armor and how he misses his sister. And I saw this movie, Plunkett and Maclaene and there is this Lord Pelham in it that reminds me a lot of Xani, without the tendency to mindtrick me, unfortunately he is hanged in the movie, so I'm thinking I should resurrect him and shred my Xani EA. Oh, and the General won't let me within 10 feet of him, for fear I'm carrying red lipstick. I'm kinda having a crisis here, any words of wisdom?"
"Here, talk to Dande."
