 A little bit about LynI am now in my fifties, there is an old saying 'Old age is a priviledge, not everyone gets to enjoy', so I have enjoyed my life. I have worked at a small town newspaper as a free lance photographer, I also had my own little column called "Street Talk". I worked as an Office Manager at Social Services. Been a Cub & Scout Leader and a Brownie & Guide Leader too. Drove a School Bus, coached kid's baseball and helped High School Seniors with their Year Book. Along the way you meet a lot of different people and their life stories. I have kept a book of poetry for years, not sharing it, just writing. A lot of my poetry is based on the memories of folk met in my lifetime or just the wind can bring about a poem. I have been married to the same man over thirty years, we have two grown children, and a kitty. Life changes as my husband and I face our life together without our children living with us. I have begun my journey of memories, through my poetry. I hope you enjoy reading it. It is all based on real life, set to rhyme.I like to write about issues and I question motives and why people do things the way they do. Wonderment as life passes and a new world surrounds me.
