SITUATION REPORT

SB Omega

 The party at Oraios started. The USS Fenris is in orbit of Gaia and has crew
 on leave, the USS CURIE just arrived for re-attachment of the saucer section.
 New officers in security, engineering and science have been assigned.

USS Fenris

 Captain Korath joined the crew as mission specialist. Shore leave has been
 given for 36 hours. The Commodore had a romantic encounter with the new
 Federation envoy.

USS Athene

 Limping back to Starbase Omega.

USS Heracles

 As ordered, the ship is enroute to the Irimada Sector.  Ensign Springs, in
 an attempt to analyze the computer core problem, was electrocuted after
 connecting himself via his bionic arm.  Lt. O'Donnell has been ordered to
 return to SB OMEGA to take command of a new ship currently in construction.

USS Regulator

 The USS Regulator is holding position outside the Cocoon Barrier near
 an uncharted star system in close proximity to the Renegade Fleet.
 The command lockouts have been removed and control of the ship has been
 restored.
 
 The opening through the barrier is now stable and motion Sensors are
 detecting  movement through the Cocoon Barrier. No word from Captain
 Tomo-kwihnai has been received since his departure to the Renegade
 Flagship.

USS Curie

 The Curie has returned to Starbase Omega for saucer reattachment and
 personnel shifts.

USS Horizon

 The "space turtle", aided by an energy boost from the Gamma away team, has
 successfully freed it's children and returned to its own dimension.
 Beta team has been split and some of them taken captive by the
 colonists.  They are currently being "medically experimented" upon.
 Their DNA seems to be the object of the investigations. The remnants of
 Beta team are attempting rescue.  Alpha team is currently exploring what has
 turned out to be a graveyard.

Outpost 721

 Major McArthur is currently in command of the WITCH OF ENDOR en route to
 Outpost 2841 to evacuate a the Hell's Angels Marine company. The
 Marines suffered heavy casualties in completion of their mission.

USS Phoenix

 The Phoenix has continued it's trip to the Dendara system.  Some
 transmissions form an apparently advanced alien species were detect coming
 from that region and they are now being analyzed by the Phoenix crew.

Starfleet Security office

 An investigation has been started to investigate upon the disappearance of
 the Starfleet Liaison to the bajoran embassy on Juun.



Additional Intelligence Report

 Unsettling military preparations at the border between Cardassian Union and
 the Klingon Occupied Zone.

 Na-Chem activity is still non-existent which most consider a good sign while
 others insist it to be the calm before the storm.

 Ships have entered or left the Cocoon through an artificially created hole
 in the barrier (ref. Regulator report)
