This Website is dedicated to the memory of the brave Sons of South Carolina who Volunteered to serve their State as members of the "Holcombe Legion, South Carolina Volunteers," when she needed them the most during the War of the Rebellion from 1860 to 1866. As well as to the services of those men in the years following the conflict in helping to rebuild the State.
