Ralph Furley is the crazy and hilarious landlord who takes the place of the Ropers after they move out. His brother Bart buys the building and makes Ralph, also known as RF, be the manager. He was known for his crazy clothing and funny faces. He thought of himself as an irresistable ladies' man and sometimes liked to go to the Regal Beagle with Jack and Larry to find himself a woman. When the tenants ask him to fix things, he usually tries to fix them but can't fix them the right way. He comes up with strange ways of solving problems. Also, RF found out that "Jack was gay" from Mr. Roper and sometimes likes to call Jack "Tippytoes." |
