Chapter 1
 

Harry just woke up. It was September 1st. He was going to have to get ready to go to his first
year at Hogwarts. He was five years old. He lived with his aunt Petunia, uncle Vernon and cousin
Dudley. He has lived with them since he was one, for four years. It was four years since Harry's
parents were murdered by Lord Voldemort. Harry survived with nothing left from it but a scar on
his forehead which he was very fond of because it was in the shape of a lightning bolt. Harry packs
up all the things he got and his owl that were from Diagon Alley when he went with Hagrid on his
birthday. Uncle Vernon had to drive Harry to the King Cross but since he couldn't figure out were
the platform was he left poor five-year-old Harry alone to cry. A lady that was short and chubby
with bright red hair was walking by to get her kids on platform 9 and 3/4 when she heard Harry
crying.

"Oh my, why are you crying dear?" asked the lady.

"My Uncle left me here*sniff, sniff * and I don't know how to get on platform 9 and 3/4 *sniff,
sniff* and I'm afraid I, I'm going to miss the train!!" wailed Harry,"Who are you anyway's?"

"Oh I'm Mrs. Weasley these are my children, (then she introduced all the children, Bill was 13,
Charlie was 11, Percy was 9, George and Fred were 7, Ron was 5, and Ginny was 4.), I know
the way onto that platform you could come with us.

So Harry went with the Weasley 's, got on the platform, train and shared a compartment with
them all. Then Hermione comes in.

The door of the compartment opened and a pretty little girl with dark brown hair and chestnut
eyes walked in.

"Hi are you really The Harry Potter!"she said walking to him.

"Yes I'm Harry, who are you?"said Harry

"I'm Hermione Anne Granger very pleased to meet you" she said.

"Hi Hermy" Harry said laughing and shaking her hand. "Who are your friends?", said Hermy
looking at the Weasley boys.

"Oh yea ,(he introduces them all).

"Ok well im going to go look around the train", says Hermy.

"All right then see you at school", said Harry.

"Bye sweet stuff", said Ron laughing.

Then Hermione slapped him across the face.

Hermiones POV

"I think that Ron was weird", was thinking Hermione. "How could he do that!"

She was walking through the train trying to find her empty compartment when she heard someone
behind her. But before she turned around to see who it was she felt hands go around her eyes.

"Guess who!" said a boy.

Then Hermione took his hands and flipped him over her so he lay on his back in front of her,(she
had learned this when she was taking junior karate).

"What the hell do you think your doing!" said Hermione.

"I was just joking dammit you didn't have to go all crazy on me" said Draco Malfoy swearing,
cursing and getting up quickly off the floor.

"Hi I'm Draco Malfoy" he said sticking out his hand.

"I'm Hermione Anne Granger" said Hermione,"Oh and im sorry if I hurt you I just freaked out."

"It's ok", said Draco.

"So...",Hermione said being really bored,"I umm gotta go now."

"Oh ok then bye c-ya lata." he said waving.

"Geez, he's weird"said Hermione to herself.

Meanwhile.....

"Wow",said Ron after Hermione left,"she slaps hard."

(He still had her hand print on his face.)

Everyone else in the compartment was laughing then Ron got really pissed off so he left it and
went looking for the candy cart. When he found it he bought some candy and went off looking
for Hermione to share his candy with. But he never found her......

They finally got to Hogwarts and saw Hagrid. Harry, Ron, Lavender, and Neville, were sharing
a boat.(Hermione was too mad to share one with Ron) so Hermione was sharing a boat (unfortunately)
with Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle. They finally got to the school and saw Professor McGonagall.
They were waiting in the room then made a line and followed Professor McGonagall out to the
Great Hall.

Hermione was staring at the ceiling and thought that they probably enchanted it.

Professor McGonagall started calling the names and it finally went up to Hermione.

"Granger, Hermione"called Professor McGonagall.

Hermione walked up to the hat and tried it on.

"Hmmm," said the hat Hermione squeaked when she heard it talk,"I think you would be suited
well for Ravenclaw said the hat but you would also do good in Slytherin.

"Oh no please not Slytherin", said Hermione,"and also not Hufflepuff, could I pleeeez go to
Ravenclaw or Gryffindor?"

"Well you would do good in Gryffindor too but are you sure you don't want Slytherin it would
be really good for you?"

"Yes im sure I don't want to go to Slytherin," said Hermione.

"Oh ok then GRYFFINDOR it is,"said the Hat yelling Gryffindor.

Hermione was so happy she almost skipped there.

Draco went to Gryffindor too and sat next to Hermione,(much to Ron's disappointment), and
then Harry and Ron also joined them.

Draco and Hermione were chatting about something when the food magically appeared and
they ate, talked some more, sang the school song then went to their dorms.

They said the password (rumtumtum) and walked in and split up and walked to their dorms to
sleep. Hermione shared a dorm with Lavender, Rose, Isabelle, and Michelle."Hi",said Hermione
to them all. Then she said "Goodnight." and went to bed.

Hermione woke up early the next morning got dressed (which took a little while considering that
she was five)then walked down to the common room and was looking for someone to help her
find her way to the breakfast when she spotted Ron coming down from the dorms. Trying to get
away from him she dashed out of the common room into the hall and tried to find her way around.
By the time she finally found the Great Hall she had ten minutes to eat. She got her schedule and
found Draco so walked with him to the next class.

"Hey Draco!" I yelled when I walked into the Great Hall.

"Hi"said Draco quickly he was very mad.

"What's wrong?"I said.

"I got into Gryffindor", he said,"my dads really pissed off at me because all the Malfoy's are
supposed to be in Slytherin."

"Why would you want to be in Slytherin they all think that their better than everyone else, Forget
it Gryffindors just as good, and better."

"Yeah watever" he said.

"Hey look at McGonagall doesn't she look so kool in that outfit?"I said in awe.

"Wow", said Draco.

Then I started laughing because Draco looked so funny when he was staring at her.

She told everyone to sit down because she was going to perform a magic show. Everyone sat
down and watched closely .In her first trick she turned herself into a cat. Everyone clapped.
She made a dozen more tricks and then said"Time to eat"

And she said"when you finish eating go to the nursery on the second floor". "there you will find
a lot of stuff to do." Ron and Harry sat across from Hermione and Draco. Ron kept on staring
at Hermione. Hermione got so annoyed that she got up and went to the second floor with Draco
right behind her.

"That Ron is so weird."Hermione said to Draco

"I know" said Draco.

"I mean what's his problem why does he keep on staring. Its so creepy." said Hermione. When
they got up in the nursery Hermione and Draco started playing house . 10 minutes later Harry
and Ron came up. Ron and Harry started looking for Hermione. Then they saw them playing
house so they asked if they could play. Draco said yes and Hermione gave him a weird look.

Then Draco said"we just finished playing.

"Well what are you going to play now?" asked Ron.

"We're um going to read"said Hermione.

"Oh ok me and Harry were going to read anyway." said Ron.

While they were reading professor McGonagall came in and said the next class was potions .

"Do you think she hates me?" said Ron.

"No."said Harry

At potions Snape gave them saets.

Harry sat next to Rosa. Ron sat next to Clio. And Hermione sat next to Draco. After potions
they went back to the nursery and started working on there project that Snape gave them. After
that they went to there rooms and got ready for lunch. When Hermione got down she saw
Harry and Ron sitting. Hermione sat across from them and waited for Draco to come. When
Draco finally came down Hermione asked"what took so long." "Umm....... nothing."said Draco.

Hermione continued eating and. When she finished eating she left. On the way she met Michelle .

"Hi were are you going."said Hermione.

"Walking around."said Michelle.

"Oh well bye then."said Hermione.

"Bye then" said Michelle walking away. When Hermione got to her dorm she laid on her bed
thinking that this day can't get any better.(but it did,). Later that afternoon Draco asked Hermione
for here to meet him after dinner at the Astronomy tower. That night after dinner Hermione went
up to the Astronomy tower and saw Draco holding a big box with holes in it. She asked what it
was. Draco gave it to her and told her to open it. When she opened it she saw a orangish cat with
brown eyes and it was big, and cute. Around its neck it had a black collar that shined in green,
Crookshanks. Hermione threw her arms around him and gave a big, long kiss on the cheek. After
that they sat on the floor and looked at the stars.

After that they parted on there way to there dorms. Hermione changed into her nightgown and
slipped into her bed and thought how much her day had gotten better. Crookshanks jumped on
the end of her bed. Hermione had a wonderful dream about her kissing Draco and Ron walked
in on them and fainted, then Crookshanks went to Ron and scratched up his face. And then the
alarm went on. Hermione got up and brushed her teeth, got dressed took Crookshanks and went
breckfast. At breackfast Hermione showed Harry and Ron Crookshanks. Ron looked like he
was going to faint. Draco came down and sat next Hermione. "Morning"said Hermione in a
cheerful voice.

"Morning"said Draco.

"Do you like Crookshanks?"asked Draco.

"Yes he's sooooooo cute." said Hermione

"Could you please keep it down people are trying to eat"said Ron in an angry voice.

"What's biting him"whispered Hermione.

"When did they start liking each other " said Ron.

"I dunno " said Harry.

"What does she see in him?", said Ron.

"DON'T YOU EVER STOP TALKING ABOUT HERMIONE"said Harry.

"Fine but lets move away from them."said Ron getting up. When breakfast was over they went
to the nursery and played. Draco and Hermione played house while Harry and Ron were on the
other side of the room playing quidditch with toy brooms and a tennis ball. Then Hermione came
and asked if they wanted to play house with them.

"What?", said Ron not believing what he heard.

Hermione had actually speaked to him with out insulting!

"Sooooo do you wanna play?" said Hermione.

"Hell yea" said Harry knowing Ron would never say anything.

"Fine" said Draco, "Come on"

And they went to the play house. After 30min or so professor McGonagall came in and said
they had to go to potions. When they got there professor Snape told them to take there seat's.
Professor Snape gave them a project to work on together. Hermione and Draco finished first.
When they all finished Snape gave them a ton of homework. After potion's they went to Charms.
In charm's Hermione had to sit next to Rosa. Ron sat next to Michelle, Harry sat next to Clio,
Draco sat next to Lavender.

After charms they went to the nursery and there homework. When they finished they continued
playing house. They had so much fun playing they almost missed lunched. "I wonder what were
eating." said Ron. "Im starved ."said Hermione. "Me to."said Draco. "Me three."said Harry. "Im
so sleepy ." said Rosa. "Sleepy." said Hermione "Yeah I went to sleep late last night." When they
got to lunch they ate so much they couldn't get up. When they got up they went outside to visit
Hagrid. While they were walking they had a race the winner was Rosa. When they got to Hagrid's
he made them tea. They had a long talk about how school was going. They told him how it was.
Draco fell asleep. That's when Hagrid made them leave. So Hermione woke him up and left.
When they got back it was 5:00. They went back to the nursery. And took a nap. When they
woke up they went to charm's. In charm's they played games. They went to the nursery to do
there homework that Snape gave them.

"Snape give's a lot of homework."said Harry. "This is hard." said Ron.

"No It's not Its so easy."said Hermione. "You want to finish this later, I'm bored." said Rosa.

"Me to, this is to hard." said Draco.

"No it's not I already finished." said Hermione.

Everyone stared at her like she was crazy. And they all started laughing so hard that the whole
room herd them. When they finished laughing they played hide and seek, tag, cards. When they
finished playing they went to dinner. They only ate a little because they were still full from lunch.
Harry was the first to finish eating, and he left to his dorm with Draco, and Ron. Hermione, Rosa,
Clio, Lavender, Michelle and Isabelle went there dorms. In the dorm they changed into there
pajamas and went to bed.

The next morning "Wake up" said Hermione to the girls. "Wa, what time is it" said Rosa. "Get up
were going to miss break fast " said Hermione.

"It's 7:30. 5 more min." said Michelle.

Hermione got dressed and then woke up every one else. When they finished getting dressed they
went down to breakfast. Rosa was still sleepy when they were eating breakfast she fell asleep.
 
 
 

Chapter 2
