If You Didn't Want To Know
Harry Potter
sat in front of the computer, eyes wide in shock. For a school project,
he
had to go
on those muggle computers and 'surf the web' for information. What he saw,
nothing could
have prepared him for.
He saw him. There were hundreds of web sites about, well, him.
Hermione decided to check on her friend. "Hey Harry! How's it going?"
Harry didn't
know how to answer. He was in complete shock. So in his brilliance, he
decided to
reply with, "I'm in shock."
"Um...why's that?"
"Because there
seems to be a few detailed stories about Snape confessing his love to
my mother."
"Are you on some kind of medication Harry?"
"There are also some about me and you."
"What? Let
me see that." Hermione looked over Harry's shoulder. "This is a really
bad
joke, Harry."
"I didn't do this! I just did a search and all these archives came up."
"They have
all these categories...Minerva and Albus, me and Ron, you and Cho, Lily
and James,
the adventures of Prongs, Padfoot and Moony..." Hermione scrolled
down on the
page. "Me and Draco?! People write stories about me and Draco getting
together?!
Who would think of that?"
"Apparently a lot of people." Harry looked at the long list of fanfics.
"So...all these people know about us. How?"
"Do you suppose...they watch us?"
"I don't know. But wouldn't that mean..."
"They could be watching us..."
"Right now."
Harry and Hermione
shifted their eyes around the room and slowly and cautiously
backed away
from the computer.
"Let's just go. Away."
"Good idea."
