Taking 1 Water as an example

At the end of this article you will find a printable sheet with all months for 2002.

Each year your personal Number will occupy one of the Houses in the Luo Shu.
Each month your Number visits another House – and thus another Number.
Each month your Number is visited by another Number.

All this has significance to your ups and downs, your do’s and don'ts.
 

The annual Star goes in the middle.
The monthly Star goes to the right hand side of the annual  Star.
The daily Star goes to the left hand side of the annual Star.
The Stars fly in the following fixed pattern:

Center – NW – W – NE – S – N – SW – E – SE - Center

Stars for years and months follow a descending order.
 

After a 9 Fire year or month, comes an 8 Earth year or month.

9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 – 9 - 8

Throughout the year, daily Stars will be ascending appr.180 days and descending appr.180 days, but they still follow the shown fixed pattern through the Luo Shu.

1 Water

Your Number is visited by 1 Water
Shown in this example is a situation where 1 Water visits the House in which your Number resides for the year.
However, 1 Water could also visit your Number in the House your Number resides in for a month.

Qi of 1 Water approaches you, so the initiative is with 1 Water. In general this may mean.

Someone wants to be romantically, sexually, involved with you.
You will meet someone who wants to contemplate with you.
A certain given situation may impose contemplation upon you.
A 1 Water person will approach you, by phone, letter, e-mail, visit you.
You may experience a type of loss, related to the Number found opposite yours.

1 Water is furthermore related to writing, dancing, withdrawal, H₂0 related matters, low energy in the reproductive organs, hair problems, skin problems, hearing problems, matters of pregnancy, sexual energy, communication, contemplation, self-reflection.
