Significance of opposite Luo Shu houses

Houses opposite each other in the Luo Shu are most important in Nine Star Ki. In fact, you will not be able to lift your accuracy in divination above 40%-50% when you do not also refer to opposite Houses and Numbers.

When you look upon the Magic Square as a huge battery, but consisting of 4 smaller connected batteries, then each axis is a battery in itself.
Opposite Houses are like the positive and negative poles of a magnet.
Where 6 is male and yang (positive) pole, 4 is female and yin (negative) pole.

There is certain dynamic between opposite poles.

When you look for implications of a certain Number occupying a certain House, you should consider the Number opposite this Number in the same breath, to find the implications involved in any event. Make this your ‘second nature’.
 

To find Houses opposite each other, always travel through the center.

In the basic Luo Shu, Number 4 is opposite Number 6.

In the basic Luo Shu, Number 9 is opposite Number 1.

In the basic Luo Shu, Number 2 is opposite Number 8.

In the basic Luo Shu, Number 7 is opposite Number 3.
