Way back in the mid-90's, when future Simple Plan band mates, Chuck Comeau and Pierre Bouvier were just 13 years old, they were playing [ at the time ] with the young and not to mention loud  punk-rock band 'Reset'. (phew! that was a long sentence!)  The band (Reset) released their album in 1997 and began touring, but soon after Chuck and Pierre decided to quit the band so that they could get themselves back together in school.  This worked....for a while... soon enough, Chuck(drums)  was back into music again and convinced guitarists Jeff Stinco and Sebastien Lefebvre, Bass player David Desrosiers, and old pal (and singer) Pierre to join in and create a new band.  Together, they made up Simple Plan, a lively, exciting, and fresh punk band...           In 2002, they released their album ' NO PADS, NO HELMETS... JUST BALLS '.  Simple Plan's cd was very sucessful and pretty soon, they were caught in a crazy whirlwind of tours around the world (five continents in total).  Pretty amazing in just a year, eh?
