NOTE: Pioneers of Maine & New Hampshire; page 238: WILLIX, Balthasar or Belshazer, Exeter, proprietor in 1640; signed petitions in 1643 and 1647. Hid wife was robbed and murdered between Dover and Exeter in 1648. He married 2nd, Mary, widow of Thomas Hawksworth. Removed to Salisbury.

He died March 23, 1650-1. Admin. of his estate was granted 8(2)1651, to his widow Mary, who was alos made admin. of the estate of her former husband, who had died in Salisbury in 1642.

She rem. to Hartford, Conn. [Re:Aspinwall, Wm., Notary, His Note Book]
