    Hi, my name on the Internet is "heavens" - I chose this because of my love for angels. I was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and then my mom packed us up and we moved to Maryland.

     Most of my life was spent living right outside Washington, DC. Summers entailed going to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware - ever get a chance stop in at Grotto's and taste a slice of their plain pizza. Yummy!!

      My favorite foods are crabs, prime rib and most any kind of seafood. Bottom of the list is "Liver" yuk, smells so good cooking but to me tastes nasty. My favorite alcoholic beverage has to be Mudslides, if they are made right - they are Awesome!!!
Favorite dessert - well, it has to be something with chocolate - I honestly will admit that yes I am a chocolate lover.

       "Miles" and "Parker" are the two pets residing in our home. Miles is a male cockatiel who mimics a phone ringing, does a mean wolf whistle, can say pretty boy, hello and a few other mumbled words. Parker is a male hocolate lab about 2 years old.

      Walking on a beach at sunset is a favorite of mine, but I truly just love being at a beach no matter what time of day. Being outdoors is something I also enjoy. I like getting up early and riding my bike during the warmer months. During the winter months - just walking through the snow at night-when its quiet an all you hear is the crunching of your boots as you walk.   Reading good books whether mystery, romance or non-fiction appeals to me. Watching movies is another great past time of mine. I couldn't really name a favorite actor or actress there are just to many that I like.

     This past October, 2000, I made a big change in my life. Moved to a small town in Iowa. The reason? Fell in love with a truly remarkable person on the internet. Can you find love on here, my answer is "oh Yes!" We met in a chat room "Citypub Classic", became really close friends and decided to meet. I guess you could say that first meeting everything just clicked. He is such a kind, warm and funny person. One who makes me smile and laugh everyday. He has truly become my "soulmate".

      We are now in the process of renovating a house that we bought. I am keeping a diary of our progress along with photos so after all the hard work, we can see the before and after.

      Lastly, am taking a home study course in photography which is something that I have always wanted to do. With this I hope to begin on a new career as a professional photographer.

       Well thats about all I can tell you about myself - other than at times I have some major "blonde" moments, which my friends do tease me about.
