Howard's LINKS 4 KIDS! "Kid Friendly" Site Award Guidelines

Here are the Guidelines which all nominated sites have to meet to be eligible to win Howard's LINKS 4 KIDS "Kid Friendly Site Award".

Sites which meet the following guidelines are eligible to win the L4K Kid Friendy Site of the Week Award.

1) The site must be "Kid Friendly".

A Kid Friendly Site contains material which most parents and educators would consider appropriate to minors and the site is of interest (COOL) to persons who are under 21 years of age

2) The site may not be a commercial site unless the site has an specific educational or entertainment value. The commercial site must not be strictly for monetary gain.

3)Howard is the SOLE and FINAL JUDGE on which sites are to receive awards. Appeals will NOT be heard unless the site has been changed.

4)These guidelines are subject to change. Any changes will be posted at this internet site address.
