The Stripe Mask

Right click and choose Save/Save as and save the
SummerHouse image to your hard drive. You will also need
Blade Pro, the Gold-Glitter Preset, Filter Factory A,
and the Stripe Mask for this tutorial.

Open the Summer House image and choose Layer/New Raster Layer.
Using the Color Picker pick a contrasting color from your image. I
used Color #647689. Using the Bucket Tool, Flood Fill the new
layer. Now choose Mask/Load From Disk and click on the 1Stripe
Mask. Now choose Mask/Delete Mask.

Your image should look like this.

Next add a drop shadow using the following settings.
Now choose Layers/Merge All.

Now add a white border of 2 pixels. Select the border with
the Magic Wand, Tolerance 0, Feather 0. Apply the Blade
Pro Gold-Glitter Preset. Apply a Filter Factory A Pool
Shadow using the following settings.

Now add a white border of 25 pixels. Select the border with the Magic
Wand, Tolerance 0, Feather 0. Flood Fill the border with the Denim
Texture. I used Color #647689.

Invert the selection and add a Drop Shadow using
the following settings.

Apply another Drop Shadow, same settings except Vertical
and Horizontal -3. Selections/Select None.

Add another White border of 3 Pixels. Apply the Gold-Glitter
Preset and the Pool Shadow with the same settings as used before.

This is what your final image should look like.
