For this tutorial you will
need the Samarkan Mask,
Blade Pro,
Gold-Glitter Preset, and Filter
Factory A.
Right click on the Angel image and choose Save as and
save to your hard drive. You will not need to resize this
image. We will do the resizing at the end of the tutorial.

Open up a new image 300 x 400
on a transparent background.
Choose Layer/New Raster Layer and Flood Fill with white.
Now choose Masks/Load From Disk and click on the Samarkan
Mask.
Next choose Masks/Delete, then
Selections/Select All, then Selections/
float. The mask should now be selected. Apply the Blade Pro
Gold-Glitter Preset then the Filter Factory A Pool Shadow.
Selections/Select None. Now click on layer one. Next click
on the Angel
image and choose Edit/Copy. Click on the the Mask image layer
one and choose Edit/Paste as a New Layer. Next click on layer
2( the mask layer ).
Apply a Drop Shadow, using the following settings. Layers/Merge
All.
Now choose Image/Add Borders
and add a border of 15. I used
Color # 90876D.
Select the border with the
Magic Wand,
Tolerance 0, Feather 0. Apply a Filter Factory A Pool
Shadow using the following settings.
Invert the selection and add
a Drop Shadow using the following settings.
Add another Drop Shadow, same settings except H & V -4.
I used
Color #EDDCC2 for my Drop Shadow. Selections/ Select None.
Now choose Image/Add Borders
with the following settings.
I used Color #EDDCC2 for my border.
Select the border with the
Magic Wand, Tolerance 0, Feather 0.
Apply the Filter Factory A Pool Shadow using the same settings.
Invert the selection and add a Cutout using the following
settings.
Now apply another cutout, same
settings except V & H -3.
Select None and resize using these settings.
This is what you should come
up with hopefully. I
hope this wasn't too confusing. As you can tell I love
Masks and the Gold-Glitter Preset combined with
the Pool Shadow. My favorite combination. There
are so many possibilities!
