For this tutorial you will need an the Paint Shop Pro,

Art Texture plugin, and an image of your choice or

you can use mine. Right click and choose save as and

save to your hard drive.

Open up your image. Now choose Image/Add

Borders and add a border of 2. I used color #364D45.

Next choose Image/Add Border and add a border of 15.

I used color #F4ECC8.

Using the magic wand , Match Mode RGB,
Tolerance 0, Feather 0, Sample Merged
unchecked, select the border.

Using the airbrush too airbrushtool with the following settings,

spray lightly around the border. I used Color #F4ECC8.

Next choose Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur and

use the following settings. Selections/Select All.

Now choose Effects/3D Effects/Cutout

and use the following settings.

Next choose Image/Add Border and add a

border of 2 pixels, same settings as before.

Using the magic wand thegirlsmagicwand , select the border.

Now choose Effects/Plugin Filters/Ulead Effects/Art Texture

and click on Edit.

Next click on palette 5 and then click OK.

Now click on Patter 1 and then click OK.

Selections/Select None. Now add another border of

15, same settings as before. I used Color #516052.

Using the magic wand thegirlsmagicwand, same settins as before,

select the border. Using the airbrush tool airbrush tool, same

settings as before. airbrush the border lightly. Next

apply a gaussian blur, same settings as before.

Now choose Effects/Geometric Effects/Ripple

and use the following settings. Selections/Select None.

Now choose Image/Add Border and add

a border of 2, same settings as before.

Using the magic wand thegirlsmagicwand, same settings as before,

select the border. Choose Effects/Plugin Filters/

Ulead Effects/Art Texture and use the same settings

as before. Selections/Invert. Next choose Effects/

3D Effects/Cutout and use the following settings.

Apply another cutout effect, same settings except

change the vertical and horizontal to -1. That's it!

You can also add corners for decorations as I usually do.

It is all a matter of preference.
