Ornate Mask Frame

  You will need Blade Pro and the gold-glitter preset,
Filter Factory A, and the OrnateSmall Mask for
this tutorial. Right click on the picture and choose save
as and save to your hard drive. You can get the preset
and Filter Factory A here.

Download the Ornate Mask here.

Open up the image and select Image/Add Borders and add a white
border of 2 pixels, select the border with the magic wand.
Apply the gold-glitter preset using the default settings, then apply
Filter Factory A Pool Shadow with the following settings. Select none.

 

 Next Image/Add Border of 50. I used #A1AFB2 for my color.

 
 
 This is what your image should look like.

 
 
 Next selected the border with the magic wand and flood fill
with the floral texture with a darker blue color #596A6D.
I clicked twice to get a darker color. You can download the
floral.bmp file here. Unzip it to your C:/Program Files/
Paint Shop Pro/Textures folder.

 
 

 Selections/Invert and Image/Effects/Drop Shadow using the following settings.

Add another drop shadow using the following settings, then Selections/
Select None, Layers/New Raster Layer. Flood fill the new layer
with the darker blue.

Next choose Mask/Load From Disk and pick the OrnateSmall mask,
then Mask/Invert, Masks/Delete and choose yes when asked if you
would like the mask merged into the current layer.

Next Image/Effects/Drop Shadow using the following settings.
Merge the layers.

Finally go Image/Add Borders and add a white border of 3
pixels. Apply the gold-glitter preset, then the Filter Factory A
Pool Shadow using the same settings as before.
