For this tutorial you will need Blade Pro, the we golden sparkle preset,

Eye Candy 4000, Paint Engine, Dizzin Gemsets, my pattern fill, and

an image of your choice or you can use mine. Right click on the picture

and choose save as and save to your hard drive.

Save my pattern fill to your hard drive or you can make

your own. Click here for the tutorial.

Ok now let's get started. Open up an image of your choice.

Choose Image/Add Border and add a white border of

2 pixels. Using the magic wand with following settings,

select the white border.

 Now choose Effects/Plug-in Filters/Flaming Pear/Blade Pro

and browse to the we golden sparkle preset and click OK.

Next choose Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen..............Selections/Select None.

Now choose Image/Add Border and add a border of 14 pixels.

Using the magic wand   select the border. Now click on the

style palette and click on the pattern symbol.

Now choose the green pattern using these settings.

Now using the bucket tool flood fill the border.

Now choose Effects/Eye Candy 4000/Gradient Glow and use

the following settings.

Invert the selection and apply eye candy 4000 Gradient

Glow again...........Selections/Select None.

This is what your image should look like so far.

 Selections/ Select All. Now choose Effects/3D Effects/

Cutout and use the following settings. Next apply another

cutout effect, same settings except Vertical & Horizontal 3.

Selections/Select None.

Choose Image/Add Borders and add another

white border of 2 pixels. Using the magic wand  

select the border. Choose Effects/Flaming

Pear/Blade Pro and choose the we golden sparkle

preset and click OK. Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

Selections/Select None.

 Now choose Layers/New Raster Layer and add a new layer.

Using the text tool with the following settings apply the text.

 Choose Effects/Plug-in Filters/Flaming Pear/Blade Pro

and choose the we golden sparkle preset. Using the deformation

tool, position the gem in the upper left hand corner. Now choose

Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen More. Next choose Effects/

3D Effects/Drop Shadow and use the following settings.

Then choose Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

Now click on Layer 1 and choose Layers/Duplicate,

then Image/Mirror, Layers/Duplicate, Image/Flip,

Layers/Duplicate/Image/Mirror.

Layers/Merge/Merge All.
