Next choose Image/Add Borders
and add a
border of 18. I used color #535E57. Using the
magic wand, same settings as before, select
the border.
Now choose Effects/Plug-in
Filters/Fantastic
Machines/Paint Engine. I used the following
settings. Do not deselect.
Now choose Effects/Texture
Effects/Blinds and use the
following settings. Selections/Select None.
Now choose Image/Add Borders
and add another
border of 2 pixels. Using the magic wand, same
settings as before, select the border. Now apply
the art texture effect again, same settings as
before. Selections/Select None. Next choose
Image/Add Borders and add a border of 15. Now
apply Paint Engine, same settings as before. Next
choose Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds and use the
following settings.
Now choose Selections/Invert,
then choose
Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and use the following
settings. Add another cutout effect, same
settings, except Vertical and Horizontal -3.
Now choose Image/Add Borders
and add another
border of 2 pixels. Using the magic wand, same
settings as before, select the border. Now apply
the art texture effect again, same settings as
before. Selections/Select None.
That's it...............your frame is done. I also use the
Paint Engine and Blinds effect to make backgrounds.
This is a sample of a background I made. I just love
anything that sparkles!
