Visit the greatest of all kingdoms in the "Known World",
An Tir!
This Barony won't be found in An Tir, but it is my old stomping grounds and home of some very honorable people. Please visit Gyldenholt, and if you happen to see Duke Armand de Savigny, give him my greetings. I didn't know him well, but he inspired me to join the SCA.
I'm sure that you will want to read the fantastic Western Regional Newsletter that our fearless Chronicler, Lord Johannes Fairhand, has put on a the Web. (Well done M'lord!)
Being an Archer, I found this site outstanding!!! Check out On Target On Line. Good job Giovanni!!!
Take a look at our Great neighbor, The Barony of Glymm Mere! You will find them in Thurston County (Olympia/Lacey Wash.).
If your a collector, be sure to check out The Armory. They have a great assortment of Arms and Armor!!
Perhaps it's garb you need? Then look no further than The Costume Page
by Julie Zetterberg! That girl has links to everything under the sun!
(Good job Julie!!)
Are you looking for something special for your Lord or Lady?
Then be sure to check out The Merchants Row!
(There's more shops then you can shake a stick at!)
For all of you warriors (or wanna be Warriors) out there, be sure to read the latest edition of the An Tir Book of Combat (ABC's).
Okay, I know this link isn't really S.C.A. related, but you've
got to check out Russell Miners Grey Co. Trebuchet Page!
Now, Russell knows how to throw a rock!!
Everyone in the SCA should look through Stefan's
Florilegium .
He has tons of great information!
If your into chainmail then you will definitely want to
go to Sara's Chainmail Connection.
You'll find info on how to make chainmail, plus lots of links! (No pun intended)
Make sure you learn some of the SCA songs from the Cantaria:
Contemporary Songs page. They sound great around the fireside.
(That is, if you have a good singer. *Snicker*)
This link isn't SCA either, but since I'm on the subject of music, go check out Loreena McKennitt's website Here. You'll thank me later. If only all of the SCA Bards could sing like her. :)
If you know of a S.C.A. link you would like to see on this page, please E-mail me.
