Rowling announced her publisher, Bloomsbury Publishing, that "Harry Potter and The Order Of The Phoenix," the next installment in the series, won't be ready for its scheduled release this summer. Madeline, a 15-year old student at Mira Loma High School, got together with four other fans last June to create FictionAlley.org, "a web site for Harry Potter Fans," said Madeline, the youngest of the four cofounders.
