They all believed that the front forlimbs were evil incarnate, and they would rip them off of their young at an early age, those that were infested by the evil would die of blood loss, those that were pure of heart would survive. Needless to say he survived. however his scarring was rather massive and being the vain male that he is has desided to cover it with bandages. The bandages on his front legs are just for looks.
