"I couldn't breathe for 20 seconds !"
Local Ah Ge Chen Hanwei became a flying man at 20 thousand feet. He admitted, "I completely couldn't breathe for 20 seconds! "
I had a special interview with the fast-talking Chen Hanwei . He revealed that he recently filmed new drama 'Lian Lian Hong Chen' in Australia and there was a scene where he had to skydive from 20 thousand feet and carried a bunch of flowers to national treasure Fann Wong to express his love. Sounds very romantic, but just think of jumping down from the plane among the clouds, really can't do without courage!
What is the feeling of being thrown down into the air? Persons from the inner circle revealed that it's like throwing the heart to nine heavens !
'No I didn't have the slightest feelings, but at the moment when I was thrown out, I couldn't breathe at all for 10 to 20 seconds. I was a little nervous and reminded myself to be calm. When the body was descending, I took a deep breath.."
Luckily it came back to normal in a short moment. But the crisis of suffocation for 20 seconds sank deep in his heart!
" Before I became 'flying man' I was suffering from blocked nose and though the fall was 20 thousand feet , it lasted mere 5 minutes!
"There was great sense of achievement when I touched down safely . My feet were very steady when I touched ground. The producer and director were shocked as they thought I usually look like a weak scholar...."
A weak scholar? Not so. If I tell you, he didn't' receive any training at all. The moment he heard that there is a skydiving scene, he was excited and hurried to ask that he jump himself . He rejected having a stand-in. Hearing about it really makes one feel Hanwei has true guts!
' Perhaps I exercise a lot so my balance is very good." Hanwei didn't sound boastful but sounded more like self confident.
Acting together with Fann Wong after 10 years
Briefly he said that they hadn't cooperate for 10 years. Though they are not too familiar they felt very comfortable to act together again.
