His assistant seamstress then has the daunting task of stitching and sewing the clothes he designs into place within 3 days.

After 3 days the hosts return in anticipation to see the outcome of their design. But it's usually not smooth sailing. Problems such as assistant turning up late, uncompleted work or ill-fitting clothing arise. Hanwei often has to make last minute amendments or changes.
