MAS Veterans played the worst game in 2007 when they were beaten 2-3 by 9-man Cabin Crew FC today. Somehow the players managed to blame the uneven pitch, and the unavailability of post-match drinks, for their inept performance. MAS Veterans goals were scored by Zamri and RJ.
"I thought we could beat them, but somehow most of our players forgot how to play football today. The forwards seemed to leave their scoring boots at home, and the midfielders were clueless when they were in possession. I am very dissapointed", said RJ after the match.
The only silver lining was the team had the best char koay tiao in town after the match.
