MAS Veterans won their second match in a row when they scored a thumping 13-1 win against clueless Keramat Veteran FC at UM Field today. In a day when a high score would likely been referred to the ongoing Cricket World Cup match, MAS Veterans forwards had a field day by shooting the opponents at will throughout the whole match. Tajuddin had a hard time remembering the scoreline, but anyhow he managed to complete the scorers' sheet - Capt Nik (3), Khairul (4), Rosli (1), Faizul (1), Zamri (1), Zaidi (1), and Ramzan (2).
As usual, when Capt Nik had a hattrick - MAS Veterans players would be feted with a sumptous teh tarik session at a nearby Mamak's. Kadir would have been wondering whether he could get on the scoresheet too if he was available, but he was engaged in another match which he should score at Surabaya..
