Monday Manslaughter 15Oct01
“Timebomb” by Godsmack rips through the Coliseum as pyro ignites along the Zero-tron, the entranceway, and along the rampway. Fireworks crackle into the air as the letters, “GZW”, swirl onto the Zero-tron. The camera scans the capacity filled Coliseum showing various banners, signs, and posters. One sign reads, “Will someone please shut both Magic and Maxx Pain the hell up!!” While another sign states, “Watch you back T-Rex! Sincere and The StormRiders are up to something!!”
Fortune: Welcome everyone to the GZW 2K1 Coliseum in downtown Atlanta, Georgia! I am your play-by-play announcer, Kandi Fortune!
Hunt: I am the H to the U-N to the T! Get your damn hands up!
Fortune: Uh, thank you, Alex. No more watching BET for you! What a night we have for the fans!
Hunt: The show might as well be a special for tag teams or something!
Fortune: True, Alex. We have the current HKWF Heavyweight Champion, Monarch, teaming with his fellow Bad Influence mate, the GZW Intercontinental Champion, Pimp Bizkit. They will be taking on “The Menace” Union Jack and the GZW Television Champion, Fubu.
Hunt: This match-up results from recent events at last weeks Monday Manslaughter! I honestly like Fubu, but in this match-up he is definitely the weakest link. Goodbye!
Fortune: The first of three title defenses tonight will be Eclipse finally getting a shot at gold!
Hunt: Yeah, but you fail to mention that that gold is held by the most Extreme wrestler in GZW, Big Country! And the match is a No Disqualification No Rules match!
Fortune: The match that most fans are buzzing about is the long awaited showdown between the ex-Heavyweight Champion, Magic, locking up against the Head of Security for Bad Influence, Maxx Pain!
Hunt: These two have been going at it verbally on GZW Television since the “CareerKiller” first came into the fed! I guess it will take Maxx Pain to show that little punk Magic that his time has gone and past! He peaked way too early in his career!
Fortune: I’m getting word we have an altercation backstage!
---Backstage---
Referees and officials are separating Nathaniel Davis and Epic from one another. Epic is struggling to break from the officials grasp. Davis is pointing at the ex-Risky Gold wrestler telling him to “Bring it on!”
---“The Menace” Union Jack and “GiantKiller” Fubu vs. “MidCard Killer” Pimp Bizkit and “Wrestling Franchise” Monarch---
Hunt: That damn Entertainment Franchise! Always causing problems with the guys backstage!
Fortune: This opening match is sure to be an emotionally heated battle, with the Bad Influence teaming of Pimp Bizkit and Monarch taking on two of GZW’s leading flag carriers, Fubu and Union Jack!
Hunt: You see Kandi, it’s people like you, saying crap like that, that makes this silly HKWF/GZW “war” a reality!
Fortune: Oh now it's my fault that Bad Influence are as much of opportunistic and ravenous animals, attacking their enemies?!?
“Hello” by Dr.Dre, Ice Cube, MC Ren, and Snoop Dogg fills the speakers, and the boos echo as Pimp and Monarch makes their way to the ring. Monarch stretches out on the ropes as Pimp incites the booing crowd.
Fortune: The hatred that these men have inside them is overwhelming!
Hunt: Do you blame them? They are so far superior over anyone else in this world! That is why they are Bad Influence!
"Rap Superstar" by Cypress Hill bumps through the PA and the crowd explodes as Fubu and Helen stand on the entranceway, Fubu holds his fist in the air, before pointing at Pimp who stands on the ropes, glaring down at the “GiantKiller”.
Pimp: Come on boy!
Fubu smiles and makes a gesture to Pimp as if to say "just wait". Suddenly a familiar sound fills the arena.
"Breath" by Prodigy rumbles across the Coliseum. “The Menace” Union Jack steps out behind Fubu and the men touch fists before both charging down to the ring, sliding in and beginning to exchange lefts and rights with Monarch and Pimp. The bell sounds officially starting the match. Fubu and Monarch rip each other apart as they exchange lefts and rights in the far corner. Meanwhile, UJ and Pimp are doing the same on the opposite side of the ring.
Fortune: And this one is off with a bang fans, the Giantkiller and the Butcher are ready to rip the no good Monarch and Pimp a pair of new ones tonight!
Hunt: Hey, hey! No good? What the hell? Showing a bit of bias, eh Kandi?
Pimp is clotheslined over the top by UJ who lets out a huge roar, causing the fans to pop. UJ then turns around and charges into the opposite corner, nailing Monarch in the back of the head knocking him off of Fubu and through the middle rope to the outside.
Fortune: Monarch and Pimp both are sent out of the ring! Listen to these fans! They are really behind Union Jack and Fubu here!
Hunt: I'd love to be behind them...and give 'em a good kick to the butt!
Monarch and Pimp regroup on the outside and talk it out as UJ and Fubu eat up the crowd reaction. UJ steps out of the ring, and Monarch hops onto the apron stepping through the middle rope into the ring; leaving him face to face with Fubu.
Fortune: The Wrestling Franchise against the GiantKiller!
Hunt: Beat him down, Monarch! Stick his head where the sun don't shine!
Monarch grins sadistically as he circles Fubu, the two lock up; Fubu sneaks under Monarch’s massive arm and hooks in a rear waist lock. Monarch hips out and ducks behind locking in a rear waist lock of his own, then lifts Fubu off the ground rotating him in mid air dropping Fubu on his stomach with an amateur take down. Monarch rotates on the ground, synching in a tight front face headlock. Fubu squirms out, and rolls forward locking in a reverse Fujiwara arm bar; Monarch turns, showing his flexibility by almost dislocating his shoulder as he rotates and rolls out of the arm bar to his feet.
Fortune: Monarch slides out showing snake-like sneakiness!
Monarch runs off the ropes and Fubu drops down onto his stomach, Monarch hops over and plows through Fubu with a shoulder block. Fubu rolls to his feet and Monarch smashes his hand on his chest as if to tell him it’s his turn. Fubu runs off the ropes and nails Monarch with a shoulder block, but the HKWF Heavyweight Champ doesn’t budge. Monarch shoves the smaller Fubu and hits his chest again. Fubu charges off the ropes again but this time Monarch drops into the splits, Fubu hops over, Monarch crouches his legs, leaving him on his knees, he hops up to his feet and ducks a clothesline. Fubu turns around and ducks a spinning roundhouse kick; Fubu bounces off the ropes and goes for a flying forearm but Monarch force bumps, ducking it sending Fubu rolling onto his side. Monarch kips up to his feet and turns facing Fubu who is on his feet as well, both men in their ready positions. The fans, as well as UJ, Pimp, and Helen give the two a heavy round of applause, chants of "G-Z-W!" ringing out from the crowd.
Fortune: What an amazing series of counters by these two men, their athleticism is truly amazing!
Hunt: Yeah, I guess Fubu is mediocre!
Monarch and Fubu lock up again, this time Monarch ducks behind, tripping Fubu’s legs from under him. Monarch leaps forward locking in a side headlock; Fubu gets to his feet and goes for a belly to back suplex, Monarch flips over and lands on his feet behind him. Monarch goes for a German suplex on Fubu but he too lands on his feet. Monarch turns to slug Fubu but the GZW’s TV Champion ducks and takes Monarch over with a huge belly-to-belly suplex causing the crowd to pop. Monarch gets to his feet and catches Fubu, who hooks Monarch’s head for a DDT. But Monarch counters by going for a Northern Lights suplex, but Fubu reverses putting his weight down and driving Monarch into the mat with a DDT that causes Monarch’s head to bounce off of the mat.
Hunt: Crapola!
Fortune: Fubu drives Monarch's head down to the mat! His head looked like a basketball the way it bounces off the canvas!
Fubu gets up and stands near Monarch's head. Fubu places his arms out in the air pumping up the crowd, before executing a leg drop causing the crowd to explode. Fubu hooks the leg for the cover, but Monarch powers out pressing Fubu off of him. Monarch fights up, with three punches to Fubu’s gut, Fubu throws a wild shot but Monarch ducks it. The Wrestling Franchise ends up behind his opponent, then straight jackets Fubu’s arms, and heaves him overhead with a release Azteca (straight jacket) German suplex.
Fortune: Holy Jazmin Andrea! What impact off of that release suplex by Monarch!
Hunt: As a certain idiot in another fed would say, “What’s up with that?”
Monarch walks over to his corner and tags in Pimp as Fubu manages to tag in UJ.
Fortune: Here we go! Union Jack has a score to settle with the Intercontinental Champion!
UJ and Pimp circle each other, and then lock hands in a test of strength; Pimp gains the first upper hand, placing his right leg behind UJ’s he arches him backwards, forcing him to bridge off the top of his head, his back arched over Pimp’s knee.
Hunt: Look at the strength of the MidCard Killer!
UJ suddenly lets out a huge growl and begins powering his way back up, the fans behind him. When back to his feet, UJ ducks his head under Pimp’s arm and suplexes him over.
Fortune: Ah! But the British Butcher shows his strength as well!
Both men get to their feet and Pimp is whipped into the ropes. Monarch makes the blind tag and steps into the ring. As UJ leap frogs Pimp coming off the ropes, Monarch runs in and nails UJ with a forearm to the back. Monarch lifts UJ up on his shoulders in a standing fireman’s carry position. Pimp runs off the ropes. Pimp connects with a swinging neck breaker on UJ as Monarch drops him with a Samoan Drop.
Fortune: Whoa! What a tag team manuever!
Hunt: That’s GZW’s finest right there!
Pimp and Monarch touch fists as Monarch pulls the Menace to his feet. Monarch hooks his head under UJ’s arm, wrapping both his arms around his waist; Monarch takes a huge leaping step in and snaps a Northern Lights suplex, the crowd groans at the impact, but cheers when UJ kicks out at two.
Fortune: The snap and impact on those suplexes that Monarch throws are just scary!
Hunt: He's a menace too!
Monarch pulls UJ up and whips him into the ropes, but UJ reverses it; UJ drops for a back body drop but Monarch turns on his heels and rolls off UJ’s back with a back flip to his feet. Monarch executes a sweeping heel kick, taking UJ’s feet out from under him; Monarch runs to the ropes executing a cartwheel into a standing moonsault press. UJ again powers out at two. Monarch pulls UJ to his feet by his mane, and tags in Pimp who climbs to the top rope, Monarch holds UJ on his shoulders set up for a super shoulder breaker and Pimp comes off the top with an elbow drop into UJ’s throat causing the former Bad Company to fall vertically down onto Monarch’s outstretched knee into a spiked super shoulder breaker.
Fortune: Great Stephon Elijah!
Hunt: Ouch! Union Jack just learned first hand not to mess with Troublesome’s boys. These guys are deadly!
Pimp pulls up UJ and whips him into the ropes dropping him with a tilt a whirl back breaker, followed up with three elbow drops to the sternum. Pimp climbs to the apron and waits for UJ to get to his feet before spring boarding himself into the ring from the top rope, right into a snapping powerslam by UJ.
Fortune: What a counter by Union Jack! Pimp Bizkit went for a springboard manuever, but Union Jack caught him and drove him down hard to the mat!
The crowd pops as UJ begins to slowly crawl towards his corner, as Fubu pounds on the top turnbuckle as Helen slams her palms on the mat, the crowd clapping along. UJ is very close to his corner, but Pimp grabs his ankle and begins to pull him back towards the center of the ring. UJ is hopping on one foot then pulls his leg towards his chest, causing Pimp to be booted in the chest. UJ executes a back flip standing drop kick sending Pimp onto his back in the middle of the ring. UJ leaps to his corner tagging in Fubu, which causes the Coliseum to explode.
Fortune: And here comes Fubu!
Hunt: (sarcastically) Yippee…
Fubu hops through the ropes and charges in to the ring, taking Pimp down with a Benoit-esque cross cut clothesline. Monarch gets into the ring but is slammed down into the corner by Fubu via a back elbow. Fubu turns around and charges at Pimp again taking him down this time with a jumping calf kick.
Fortune: Fubu is on fire!
Monarch pulls himself up out of the corner and charges at Fubu and is dropped with a bear hug style spine buster (ala Farooq). Fubu goes to the top rope and leaps off the top crashing down onto Monarch with a Low Down Frog Splash. He hooks the leg but Pimp dropkicks Fubu in the side of the head, pulls him up and drops him with the Final Choke.
Fortune: The Final Choke on Fubu!
UJ comes off the ropes and legdrops across the back of the neck, breaking up the choke out. Monarch charges at UJ clotheslining him over the top rope. Monarch turns around and steps onto Pimp’s forearms, which are crossed in a tightly pressed together "x" formation. Pimp then launches the Wrestling Franchise over the top rope with an assisted suicida Asai Moonsault, crashing him on top of UJ on the outside.
Fortune: This match has turned into complete chaos!
Hunt: Woohoo!
On the outside Monarch lifts UJ up to his feet. The HKWF Heavyweight Champion goes for an Irish whip, but UJ reverses it, sending Monarch crashing into the ringpost. The Menace goes to pick up Monarch, but from down the rampway comes Angel who nails UJ with a lowblow.
Fortune: Damn it! Why is Angel down here?
Hunt: Ooo! For a pregnant chick, she is so hot!
With UJ stunned, Monarch grabs him and tosses him over the guardrail and into the front row. Monarch gets to his feet and hops back onto the apron. In the ring, Fubu kicks Pimp in the midsection. Fubu underhooks Pimp’s arms and sets up for the Extreme Consequence (double underhook piledriver). Monarch spews out a cloud of green mist into Fubu’s eyes allowing Pimp to slide behind Fubu, hooking him for the Played-A-Live. Pimp hooks the leg and Ref Bright counts to three as the bell sounds. "Hello" fills the PA again.
Hunt: Bad Influence with the win over two nobodies! Can anyone stop this incredible force!
Fortune: Look at Angel scurry away up the rampway! I want to know her reasons for attacking Union Jack?
Pimp and Monarch stand in the ring, celebrating the win. Meanwhile, UJ slides into the ring. Pimp and Monarch turn around only to get leveled by clotheslines from UJ. The Bad Influence mates leave the ring in a hurry. UJ stands on the turnbuckles, motioning for the two men to get back in the ring.
Fortune: Something tells me these feuds are far from over!
---Arriving---
*The doors to the arena swing open as T-Rex walks in wearing a pair of faded black jeans and a white muscle shirt. He has the tag title draped over his shoulder. Shannon is standing close to him as they make there way down the hall. They pass several superstars and come across Magic and Steph standing in the hallway chatting about different things.*
T-Rex: Sup Magic?
Magic: Sup man?
*The two men shakes hands.*
T-Rex: Have fun beating the hell outta Maxx Pain.
Magic: What you ain't gonna wish me luck? *cutting a smile*
T-Rex: You don't need luck against him. The only thing you need is some pills to keep you awake.
Magic: True that. Hey good luck against the Storm Riders. There a hell of a team and you don't have the greatest of a partner.
T-Rex: Yea I know. But hey I'm not letting this title outta my possession without a fight and you know that. Magic: Yea I know.
T-Rex: Hey man I'm gonna go throw my things in my locker room I'll holla at you later.
Magic: Aight man later.
*The two men shake hands as T-Rex and Shannon make there way down the hallway.*
Shannon: You seem really confident about your match tonight.
T-Rex: Well why worry about it? If I lose I'll go down fighting. I ain't gonna let no HKWF punks take this title from me without a fight. There gonna have to kill me first.
Shannon: They better not do that either.
T-Rex: It's a figure of speech. Everythings in good hands. Trust me.
Shannon: I always have.
*T-Rex wraps his arm around her as the make there way into the locker room. The scene fades as the door closes behind them.*
---Parking Lot---
“Smooth Operator” arrives at the Coliseum, minus Team Smooth. He gathers his bags and makes his way into the Coliseum. As he slowly makes his way, out of the shadows comes Deacon Kane, attacking Smooth from behind. Deacon grabs Smooth by the back of his neck and slams his face into the side of a production truck. Officials come out to break up the melee.
But to no avail as the large GZW Heavyweight Champion picks up Smooth like a rag doll and tosses him into a concrete wall. Deacon grabs Smooth's head, showing his bloody face to the camera, then leaves the scene content with his work.
---Back in the ring---
(“Baby I got your money” by O.D.B featuring Kelis begins to play on the PA system, the crowd begin to boo, as McClean holding his silver brief case, followed by Epic come out, the camera pans out into the crowd and reads signs such as “Money Couldn’t Buy My Ass” and “Epic “SELLOUT” Mazur”)
Hunt: Looks like these two Risky Business guys are coming out, and down to the ring! I used to hate Epic, but has proved this past TNT, that he has what it takes!
Fortune: How? By backstabbing is ex tag partner, Diamond Sledge, and anyway this isn’t even on my schedule, what are these two doing out here?
(McClean, and Epic, enter the ring. Clancy puts down his silver briefcase and opens it up, revealing a Insane Gods of Wrestling microphone)
Fortune: What is the GZW equipment not good enough for him?
Hunt: Too right, only top quality for such a great business man like Mr.McClean!
(McClean goes to speak into the microphone, but the booing gets louder, and the microphone doesn’t work, he nudges Epic who flicks a switch on the Microphone)
McClean: hello, I have been browsing the talent roster, while I was passing through past the Coliseum last week, and I noticed that the talent here was pathetic.
(The fans begin to boo, and chantsof “GZW, GZW, GZW” start off)
McClean: Ahhhh shut up, I could afford to buy all of your arses in this damn building!!
(more booing starts up from the crowd)
McClean: Anyway, I’m not out here for me, I am not here to give you lot the privilege of being around somebody with such a great business mind like mine, I am out here because Epic wants a few words, to explain to that worthless idiot Diamond Sledge, why he did what he did last week on TNT!
(McClean hands the microphone to Epic, and more booing from the crowd kicks up again)
Epic: Ahhhhh shut it! I did what I had to do, not like any of you could understand, hell you probarbly couldn’t put 2 and 2 together?
(the crowd begin to chant “ASSHOLE, ASSHOLE”, as McClean who is stood behind Epic is laughing)
Epic: You see we’re off again disrespecting me like that, you see I have talent to go to the top in this business, and GZW are holding me back, they team me up with somebody with the intellect of a 3 year old, and a gym coach, well I guess I see why you cheer for Diamond now, its because each and everyone of you have that in common with Diamond!!
(The booing yet again is re-ignited from Epic’s comments)
Epic: You see I joined up with Mr McClean becuase he is a man of integrity, a man that I respect, and a man who could see that I am going to go straight the top in this business! And you know what else the bonuses are damn well lucruitive with Mr McClean, unlike in this pathetic hole you call GZW, so Diamond I know you feel hurt, and I know you feel I betrayed you, but it’s what I had to do to make my career prosper, I had to lose the weight that’s you!
(“Funky Cold Madina” by Tone Loc, begins to play on the PA system, and Diamond comes running to the ring, he enters the ring, and charges right at Epic, but is intercepted by McClean who almost takes his head off with the shot with the silver briefcase, and then McClean takes the mic off Epic, and stands over the busted open Diamond)
McClean: Money, has bought Epic, and Money will buy you the biggest arse whooping of your life, cause we are Risky Business!
(McClean drops the Mic, smiles at the bloody Diamond, and McClean and Epic, make there way up the rampway, as the fans shower them with boos)
---Commercial Break---
---Extreme Championship: No Disqualification No Rules Match: Eclipse vs. Big Country---
Fortune: This next match is sure not going to be pretty...
Hunt: Kinda like you in the morning!
Fortune: I'll ignore that. Anyway, no rules, no DQ, all for the Extreme title! Get ready!
The camera switches to a shot of Big Country coming out of the locker room on his way to the ring to face Eclipse. Suddenly he is blindsided by a powerful clothesline.
Fotune: Eclipse with a cheapshot!
Eclipse begins to stomp mercilessly on the downed Country. He stops for a moment to grab nearby Ref Donald Fey by the collar and to convince him to start the match. The surprised ref looks into the camera and signals for the bell. The bell rings to begin the match.
Fortune: This match is starting backstage!
Eclipse goes back to Country with a boot on his throat, blatantly choking him all the while screaming at him.
Eclipse: See what you got yourself into boy? You call yourself extreme? You're in over your head! This is how I play the game son!!!
Hunt: You go boy!
Eclipse lifts Country to slam him on a nearby table and then he proceeds to toss Country into a janitor's closet door. Country fights to get back to his feet as Eclipse disappears into the closet only to re-emerge holding a mop.
Hunt: Somebody call Perry Saturn! I think we've found...
Fortune: Shut up Alex!
He takes the mop and thrusts it into the stomach of Country before bringing it down and breaking it across the back of Country. Eclipse once again pulls Country up to ram him into a soda machine which is in the vicinity. The force of the blow causes soda cans to spill out of the now malfunctioning machine.
Hunt: Wow! Eclipse sure would be handy when I run out of coins!
Cocky as ever, Eclipse takes a breather to wipe his brow and partake of the free soda that happens to be lying about. Eclipse maliciously pours the soda on Country to help him liven up a little. As Eclipse looks around for something to use, Country in a desperate attempt, hits Eclipse in the softest of soft spots.
Fortune: Ouch!
Hunt: Not there! Talk about total eclipse!
Country takes this opportunity to gain some breathing room as Eclipse falls to his knees holding his crotch. Country stumbles to a nearby stack of pallets to catch his breath and shake out the fog.
Eclipse gets up furious and charges at Country only to be caught on the receiving end on a swinging pallet from the Champion. Pieces of wood go flying everywhere from the fierce impact that sends Eclipse to the floor. Country gains some momentum by tossing another pallet on top of Eclipse. Then another and another, until the pallets start to pile up and Eclipse must then free himself. Eclipse only has a moment before Country comes in with vicious DDT the sends Eclipse crashing through the pallets again. Country climbs the pile to come down with a flurry of right hands that rock the prone Eclipse.
Fortune: Big Country really letting Eclipse have it here!
Hunt: Where are Eclipse’s new buddies, Risky Business?
Country lifts Eclipse in an attempt to whip him but a reversal from Eclipse sends Country slamming hard into a support column, then Eclipse falls on him for the pin. Ref Fey goes down to count.
1…
Country gets a shoulder up. Eclipse lifts Country up and applies a standing head scissors to set up for a powerbomb. Eclipse lifts Country high in the air and runs toward the nearest wall to slam Country against.
Fortune: Bam! What a vicious move by Eclipse!
Hunt: By a much more vicious Eclipse!
Eclipse again goes for the pin but Ref Fey can only get a two count before Country kicks out.
Eclipse walks over and commandeers an ashtray to use against Country but his plans are foiled by a quick kick to his gut from Country. Country then picks up the ashtray and does a complete 360 to connect with Eclipse’s head sending him hard into the wall. Eclipse falls to the ground now bleeding from the head.
Fortune: Smoking IS hazardous to your health!
Country stumbles away to the edge of a loading dock to regroup. Eclipse slowly gets to his feet and places his hand up to his forehead. As he looks at his hand and sees the deep red juice that's now leaking from it. He becomes infuriated. He charges at Country who retaliates with a well executed back body drop that sends Eclipse over and down to hit his back on the edge of the dock before falling face first 12 feet in the air to land with a sickening thud on the cold hard concrete below.
Fortune: Great Stephon Elijah!
Country takes a moment before he backs a bit from the edge and jumps off down on top of Eclipse with a deadly elbow drop that surely would kill a normal human being. Country covers.
1...2...
In a heart-filled display Eclipse is able to kick out and get back to his feet. Both men stand at the bottom of the dock exchanging blows. Eclipse gains the advantage and levels Country with a big right hand. As Eclipse gets to the top of the stone steps just left of the dock. Country grabs him from behind and belly to back suplexes him, leaving Eclipse tumbling down the unforgiving steps.
Fortune: Ohmigosh! This is insane!
Hunt: No this is GroundZero Wrestling, not Insane Gods of Wrestling!
As Eclipse lays motionless at the bottom of the steps, Country goes to grab anything he can get his hands on. Passing nearby, Manic Depression curiously inspects the fallen Eclipse. Eclipse crawls up the step with undying determination to avenge his battered body. Manic stands at the top of the steps offering some assistance to the bloody Eclipse. As Eclipse gets to the top of the steps he sees Country rummaging about for a good implement of destruction to use on him.
Manic stands in Eclipse's way trying to convince him that he needs medical attention. Eclipse want to hear none of it, as he is intent on hurting Country. So Eclipse punches Manic in the face.
Fortune: Manic Depression was just trying to help!
Eclipse starts to move towards the waiting Country but suddenly Manic grabs his head from behind, hooks his head and brings Eclipse down on the concrete with a devastating inverted DDT.
Hunt: What the hell was that?
Ref Fey encroaches to check on Eclipse as Manic walks away pissed off, wiping the blood from his lip. A bloody and battered Eclipse gets up slowly. Meanwhile, Country has found a lead pipe. He moves in and swings for Eclipse's head, but Eclipse, either due to his reflexes or the fact that he is disoriented, ducks down, avoiding the pipe. Eclipse then kicks Country in the midsection and lifts him up onto his right shoulder for a powerbomb. But Country slips off and lands behind him. Country scoops up Eclipse from behind, then drops him with...
Fortune: The CVD onto the concrete! (Death Valley Driver) The cover!
1...2…
Fortune: Three! Big Country wins this no rules, no DQ matchup and retains the Extreme title!
Hunt: Hmmppph!! Thanks to that nosy Manic Depression! Someone get Eclipse some medical attention!
---Command Suite---
Sarah Slimline: I am upstairs outside of John Profit’s office in the Command Suite waiting to get a word with...
Suddenly, Prey bursts out of the locker room, with his bags in his hands. He storms off down the hallway.
Slimline: Prey! Prey!
John Profit comes out of the locker room, furious with an open and bleeding cut on his forehead.
Profit: Prey! You ungrateful little *itch! I made you!!
Slimline: Mr.Profit! What just happened?
Profit: What happened? You figure it out! I don't have time for this crap!
Profit goes back into the office and slams the door.
---Commercial Break---
---“CareerKiller” Maxx Pain vs. “Desert Storm” Magic---
Fortune: Up next will be the former World Champion Magic taking on the "Head of Security for Bad Influence", the “CareerKiller” Maxx Pain!
Hunt: Poor Magic! The ex-champion of this federation is going to be embarassed by the wrestling greatness that is the Maxx Pain!
"My Way" by Limp Bizkit booms over the sound system as the Coliseum fills with boos. The crowd lets Pain have it, showing their disdain. Amongst the boos and flying garbage, Pain enters the ring and begins to stretch awaiting his opponent. A fan's sign reads "Maximum Pain…NOT!!"
"Bittersweet" plays out and every fan is on their feet. A chorus of "Magic" chants ring out into the surrounding counties. The “Desert Storm” steps out onto the entranceway. He tags hands with the fans and takes a moment to take a picture with a cute young teenage girl at the bottom of the ramp before climbing up on to the apron.
Hunt: Aw, ain't he just a nice guy? I'd love to pop him in the nose!
Before Magic steps into the ring, he and Pain exchange words. Magic steps into the ring, glaring at Pain. Both men meet in the center of the ring. Standing not far from each other, each man burns a hole through each other with their icy stares. Ref Paulie Newman signals for the bell and both men begin circling each other. A lock up ensues and both men break off and repeat the circling motion. Another lock up and Magic capitalizes with a quick standing headlock. Pain forces Magic to the ropes and attempts to roll him up. But Magic hangs on to the ropes and Pain is sent rolling back alone.
Fortune: Magic avoids the roll up, showing that he is no slouch in the technical department!
As Pain gets up, he charges with a clothesline that Magic ducks. Both men stop in their tracks, turn to each other, and begin to trade blows. Neither one giving an inch to his opponent until Pain thrusts a knee in to the midsection of Magic. A few well-placed strikes to the back of the head causes Magic to go down to one knee. Pain lifts him up but Magic swats his hands away and rocks his head with a few rights before sending Maxx to the ropes with an Irish whip. Pain comes off the ropes and hops over Magic who drops down to the mat. As Pain comes off the opposite ropes, he is dropped to the mat with a drop toehold executed by Magic.
Fortune: Nice takedown by Magic!
Hunt: It was alright!
Magic tries to drop an elbow across the back of Pain, but he rolls out of the ring. Magic taunts Pain near the ropes but Pain grabs his ankle and pulls Magic out of the ring. With several shoulder strikes to Magic's midsection, causing his back to slam against the apron, Pain gains the advantage. Pain grabs Magic's head and slams it into the ring post. Pain rolls Magic back into the ring.
Hunt: The CareerKiller is in control now! Bow down!
Pain gets up onto the apron amidst boos. He turns to yell at the crowd, but Magic is waiting for him. Magic swings, but Pain ducks and thrusts another shoulder into Magic's stomach. A sunset flip from Pain allows him to attempt the first pin. Magic counters by kicking out, grabs Pain's legs and flips over onto him, attempting a pin of his own. But the powerful Pain breaks free from the pinning combination. Magic gets back up and rolls up Pain with a mahistrol cradle. Pain escapes and both men on their feet gain defensive stances in the center of the ring while the crowd applauds their skill.
Fortune: Both men putting on an exhibition of pinning holds!
Hunt: Much like all the BS talking they have been doing on GZW Television!
Magic with sharp kick to the midsection pauses Pain enough for Magic to dropkick the 7 foot 3 inch athlete. Pain gets up, but Magic sends him back down with a clothesline. Pain refusing to be put down for long gets to his hands and knees. Magic sizes him up and goes to the ropes, Magic lifts his leg high, trying to come down on him with an ax kick but Pain surges up, grabs and hooks Magic between the legs, and slams Magic with a ring rattling spinebuster-like slam.
Fortune: Ohmigosh! What impact!
Pain drops a few elbows on the fallen Magic. He pulls Magic to a vertical position and whips him to the nearest corner. Pain charges in but receives a boot to the face, which sends him reeling back. Magic hops up to the second rope and comes off clean with a flying clothesline that levels Pain. Both men are down. After a moment, Magic is able to roll over onto Pain. The cover
1…
Fortune: Maxx Pain gets a shoulder up!
Hunt: Maxx Pain is like me in the bedroom, can't keep me down!
Magic brings them both to a standing position. Magic hits Pain with a few forearm shots before planting him with a DDT. The fans erupt in cheers and Magic climbs the top rope. Magic points to the crowd as he takes flight and lands a perfect elbow on the prone Pain. Another cover by the Desert Storm.
1…2…
Fortune: Maxx Pain kicks out! Tate Troublesome picked a tough son of a gun in Maxx Pain!
Hunt: Well, look at all the careers he has ended in the GZW already, plus his many accomplishments in several indy federations!
Magic lifts Pain to his feet and attempts to whip him, but Pain counters with a short arm clothesline. Pain grabs the top rope while placing his foot on the throat of Magic, trying to choke Magic. After a four count from Ref Newman, he desists. Pain lifts Magic up and sets him up on his shoulder. Pain spins a couple of times and drives Magic down hard on his knee. After the spinning shoulder breaker Pain pins the ex-champ. Ref Newman flops down and counts.
1...2… female screams can be heard through out the Coliseum.
Fortune: No! Magic gets his shoulder up!
A collective sigh of relief followed by a cheer comes from the crowd. Pain again tries to lift Magic up, but Magic grabs Pain's head and places the top of his head on Pain's chin before dropping to his knees. Pain writhes on the mat holding his face.
Fortune: Sitdown jawbreaker by Magic! This is the break Magic has been looking for!
Magic has found a second wind as the cheers of the crowd work to energize their favorite. Magic is up and Pain lifts him into a Final Destination (Outsider’s Edge) position...
Fortune: We could see the Final Destination here!
As Magic has Pain on his back, Pain maneuvers, slides off his back and plants Magic head into the mat with an inverted falling DDT.
Fortune: Amazing counter by Maxx Pain! Oh no! Look who's coming down to the ring!
Hunt: Here to take out the mid-card trash! It's the Intercontinental Champion, Pimp Bizkit!
The crowd boos incessantly as Pimp has appeared at ringside with a chair in hand. Monarch comes down to the ring area through the crowd. Monarch jaws with Ref Newman distracting him. Pimp climbs up onto the apron with steel chair in hand. Pain attempts to whip Magic into the waiting chair held by Pimp. However Magic reverses and whips Pain into the dangerous chair shot.
Fortune: Pimp hit Maxx Pain instead!
Pain stumbles backwards from the shot to the head. Magic lifts up Pain into a falling dominator into an X-factor known by Magic as...
Fortune: Sideout! Ref Fey turns around! The cover!
1...2…
Fortune: Three! Magic wins it despite interference from the members of Bad Influence!
The fans erupt as Magic's hand is raised by Ref Newman. Pimp hops in to the ring and is thrown right back out by Magic. Monarch tries to hit Magic from behind, but Magic masterfully evades him and gets out of the ring. Monarch helps Pain up. The fans are on their feet as Magic stands triumphant at the top of the ramp holding his arms up in defiance of Bad Influence.
Fortune: Tate's boys tried to take out Magic tonight, but not this time!

---Tag Team Championship Match: The StormRiders vs. “The Enforcer” T-Rex and “The Jade Dragon” Sincere---
Fortune: Time for the match for the Tag Team Championship. The unlikely Tag Team champions will be defending against the StormRiders. What will go down tonight? Are Sincere and the StormRiders in cahoots? Or is Prey going to bite the hand that feeds him, so to speak?
Hunt: Why does everyone think that Sincere and the StormRiders have something cooking? They are all professionals and great competitors. I expect nothing but a top notch Tag Team title match!
The StormRiders comes out to the ring first to “Territorial Pissings” by Nirvana. Prey, walks to the ring with a determined look and stride, walking far ahead of Outlaw Wales. The big man is trying to talk to Prey, but Prey is ignoring his tag team partner. Prey pulls on the top rope, stretching for the match. Wales is still trying to talk to Prey, but Prey still does not respond.
“Sprach Zarathrustra” thumps as Sincere comes to the ring next with the GZW Tag Team title on his shoulder and Forever by his side. Sincere points an angry finger at Prey as Prey motions for Sincere to bring it on.
Hunt: Look at Sincere! What happened in Mr.Profit’s office?
Fortune: There may be trouble in paradise for John Profit’s army!
"I AM NUMBER ONE!!"
T-Rex, wastes little time, runs full steam into the ring and knocks down both members of the StormRiders with big right hands. Rex then clotheslines both Wales and Prey out of the ring. Sincere holds up his hand to high five Rex, but the Enforcer ignores his longtime enemy.
Fortune: T-Rex may not trust Sincere to retain the tag belts!
Wales gets in the ring. Sincere declares himself the legal man as Ref Patricia Albertson sends Rex to the corner. Sincere and Wales circle each other. Both men go in and tie up. Both men struggle for position. Wales backs Sincere to the ropes. Ref Albertson calls for a break and Wales obliges with a clean break. Both men tie up again. Wales ducks under and behind Sincere and locks in a hammerlock. Sincere reverses and applies a hammerlock of his own.
Hunt: See? They are really going after each other!
Fortune: The jury is still out!
Sincere still has the hammerlock on. Wales reaches back with his free arm and snapmares Sincere over. Both men spring up to their feet in their ready stances. Sincere and Wales look at each other with mutual respect and shake each other's hand.
Hunt: See? Great competitors and good sportsmanship as well! What great role models!
Rex, not standing for this "sportsmanship", reaches in and tags in himself into the match. He runs over to Wales and levels him with a vicious clothesline. Sincere asks, "what the hell is going on?" Rex tells Sincere to get his ass to the corner. He will not let Sincere lose or compromise his tag team title.
Fortune: T-Rex is taking matters into his own hands!
Wales sneaks up from behind and nails Rex with a double axhandle. Rex turns around, shaking off the axhandle. Rex unloads a furious flurry of right hands, rocking Outlaw. The crowd pops with every huge right hand. Rex whips Wales into the ropes. Rex with a huge hiptoss on Wales. Outlaw gets up slowly. Rex moves in and hits a huge belly to belly suplex.
Fortune: T-Rex is on fire here!
Rex lifts up Wales and whips him to the ropes. Wales reverses the whip. Rex ducks a clothesline, bounces off the ropes and nearly takes Wales' head off with an explosive dropkick. The crowd is hot.
Fortune: The Enforcer is unstoppable!
Hunt: Geez...someone is marking out!
Rex lifts up Wales, but the Outlaw gets a quick thumb to the eyes. With Rex stunned, Wales makes the tag to Prey. Prey comes in with a springboard missile dropkick, dropping Rex.
Fortune: Prey with an impressive dropkick! No doubt about it, he wants to become GZW Tag Team Champion!
Prey lifts up Rex and locks in an armbar. Prey wrenches on the arm and hammers on the arm with forearm shots. Prey then lands in several loud echoing chops. Prey with an Irish whip. Rex ducks a clothesline, bounces off the ropes and nails Prey between the eyes with a flying forearm smash. Rex crawls to the corner, trying to tag in Sincere.
Fortune: Can T-Rex make the tag? Now is the time!
Hunt: Oh, now T-Rex wants to tag in Sincere!
Rex crawls to the corner slowly and reaches out his hand. But Sincere is not paying attention to the match, but instead talking to Forever at ringside.
Fortune: Turn around! T-Rex is trying to make the tag!
Hunt: Hey! Who would you rather pay attention to? That hairy stinky T-Rex or his wife? Yum yum!
With Sincere's distraction, Prey attacks Rex from behind, stomping away on the crawling Rex. Prey lifts up Rex and gets behind him. Prey hooks Rex's arms and takes him down with a tiger suplex.
Hunt: That is great wrestling shown by the HKWF wrestling machine!
Prey goes over to Sincere on the apron and spits in the direction of the Jade Dragon. Sincere gets in the ring, but Ref Albertson cuts him off. With the ref distracted by Sincere, Wales and Prey double team Rex, stomping away on him like a pack of rabid dogs.
Fortune: Sincere should get out of the ring! He is not helping T-Rex in the least!
Sincere continues to try to get to Prey. Prey lifts up Rex as Wales stands on the middle turnbuckle. Spiked piledriver by the StormRiders.
Fortune: This is basically a mugging on T-Rex!
Sincere finally goes back to the corner, but the damage has been done. Prey covers Rex for the pin.
1...2...
Fortune: T-Rex kicks out! It will take more than that to keep down T-Rex!
Prey can't believe it. Prey with a snap suplex on Rex. Prey lifts up Rex and hits a Russian legsweep. Prey taunts the crowd as the fans let him know exactly what they think of him.
Hunt: I can’t believe the mouths of these fans! I'll have to clean my ears out with soap!
Prey tags Wales into the match. The StormRiders lift Rex to his feet and whip him to the ropes. The StormRiders go for a double clothesline. Rex ducks, comes off the ropes and nails both of the StormRiders with two simultaneous clotheslines.
Fortune: Listen to these fans! T-Rex has to tag in Sincere now!
Rex makes it to the corner, but Sincere has his back turned to Rex, talking to his wife again. Rex slaps Sincere in the back, tagging in the Jade Dragon. Sincere looks at Rex. Rex, does not wait for Sincere to get into the ring, grabs Sincere by the neck and flips him into the ring.
Fortune: Sincere is back in the match, the hard way!
Sincere and Wales, the legal men, stand in the ring, looking at each other. Sincere smiles. Sincere kicks Wales in the stomach, underhooks his arms and drops the...
Fortune: Sincerely Yours! Sincerely Yours (double underhook powerbomb)! The cover...
1...2...
Fortune: Three! Just like that, Sincere and T-Rex retain the GZW Tag Team titles! Did Outlaw Wales just let Sincere drop the Sincerely Yours on him?
Hunt: There you go trying to taint this victory! Why would Outlaw Wales just let Sincere drop the bomb on him? That move hurts like herpes...a bitch!
Sincere leaves the ring holding Forever and his GZW Tag Team belt high in the air. Prey gets in the ring, asking Wales "what the hell happened?" Rex, still GZW Tag Team Champion, gets in the ring as well. The Enforcer looks at Sincere as the Jade Dragon gives him a salute. Wales gets up slowly. The StormRiders then attack T-Rex from behind and double team him, stomping away on him and pummeling him with forearms shots.
Fortune: What the hell is this? The match is over! Is this all part of Sincere's plan?
Hunt: The professor of psychological warfare and mastermind of mindgames!
Wales and Prey hammer away on Rex as Sincere stands on the stage, watching his partner get taken apart by the StormRiders. The fans boo the attack.
Fortune: This is an assault!
Hunt: In my opinion, there should only be one Tag Team Champion anyway!
The crowd roars as bolting past Sincere is the father and son team, the Haires, Nazal and Willie. The two bumrush the ring as the StormRiders slide out. Huge grins on their faces as the Haires check on Rex.
---Backstage---
Eima Hunt: I am here with the largest man in the GZW and the Heavyweight Champion, Deacon Kane. Deacon, why did you attack “Smooth Operator” Billy Bond earlier tonight?
Before the big man can open his mouth, Smooth comes out of nowhere and blasts him with a steel chair. Smooth, with his head heavily bandaged, beats down on the giant with stomps from his steel toe boots and thunderous chairshots. Smooth grabs the mic.
Smooth: (impersonating Deacon) I attacked Billy Bond because I am a dumb, no-talent, all-talk, Profit’s ass licking thug. But little did I know that the Smooth Operator would later beat down my large ten ton ignorant ass!
Smooth drops the microphone on Deacon and spits on him before he leaves.

Fortune: Up next in the main event, the “Lone Gunman” John Taylor defends his GZW LightHeavyweight title against one of the great up and comers in the GZW, Adam Cage!
Hunt: Cage against the one, the only, the Hitman of HKWF?!? You got to be kidding me!
Fortune: Cage is perhaps the most deserving superstar to challenge for the LighHeavyweight title! He has had nothing but great matches since his arrival in the GZW, not to mention winning the four way match last Thursday on Travesty to get here tonight!
"One Step Closer" by Linkin Park plays on the Coliseum speakers. The fans erupt in mixed reaction as Cage steps out onto the stage. He walks down the rampway focused on the task at hand, winning the GZW LightHeavyweight Title.
Hunt: Adam Cage has a snowballs chance in hell of beating John Taylor!
"Open Your Eyes" by Staind hits the speakers and the capacity crowd suddenly goes from mixed cheers to a loud chorus of boos as they know who's entrance is next. The “Lone Gunman” John Taylor steps out onto the stage with his GZW LightHeavyweight Title around his waist. The cocky and arrogant champion makes his way down the rampway, pointing to the belt, showing Cage what he can't have.
Fortune: If matches were won based on cockiness, Taylor would go undefeated for the rest of his career!
Hunt: Trust me, Gunman's got plenty of cockiness!
Gunman steps into the ring and makes a motion with his hand to Senior Ref Richard Dark, as if telling Cage to back away. Senior Ref Dark holds up the LH title, showing the crowd the prize at stake. The bell rings and the match is underway. Both men lock up in the center of the ring with a collar and elbow. Gunman backs Cage into the ropes. Senior Ref Dark calls for a break. Gunman backs up and releases the tie up, but then gets a quick cheap shot to the jaw.

Gunman gets back up to his feet slowly as the crowd chants, "Gunman sucks". The two men go to lock up, but Gunman gets a quick knee to the midsection of Cage. Gunman then grabs Cage by the hair and tosses him over the top rope and out of the ring.
Fortune: Gunman tosses Adam Cage out of the ring as if he were a bag of trash!
Cage gets up to his feet and gets back on the apron to get back in the ring, but Gunman runs over and kicks him off the apron and back down to the floor. Cage gets up and is back up on the apron and again Gunman kicks him off the apron.
Fortune: Gunman won't let Cage back in the ring!
Hunt: Cage doesn't belong in the same ring with Gunman anyway!
Cage is back on his feet. He gets up on the apron. This time, when Gunman comes over to kick him off, Cage hops off the apron down to the floor. Cage grabs Gunman's legs and pulls him out of the ring under the ropes. The challenger goes to town on Gunman, rocking him with stiff right hands.
Fortune: Cage has had enough of the Gunman's antics!
Cage beats down Gunman at ringside, slamming his face into the apron, then the steel steps. Cage then with a vertical suplex dropping Gunman's back on the Coliseum floor.
Fortune: Ouch!
Cage lifts up the LH champ and rolls him back into the ring. The fans are reluctantly cheering on the challenger. Cage is up on the apron and climbs up to the top turnbuckle. Gunman up to his feet.
Fortune: Missile dropkick by Cage connects! Cage with the cover! We could have a new LightHeavyweight champion!
1…2...
Fortune: No! Kick out by John Taylor! That was close! Cage lifts Gunman up to his feet. Taylor with a lowblow to the "lower regions!" Ouch!!!
Hunt: Low blow? Huh? I didn't see anything! Maybe Cage got a cramp or a hernia!
With Cage stunned by the crotch shot and bent at the waist, Gunman follows up with a kneelift to the face a la Mr. Perfect. With Cage down on the mat, Gunman holds Cage's legs up and drops a legdrop to the groin.
Fortune: Taylor going downstairs again! That's the LightHeavyweight Champ that Mr.Profit wants? A guy who hits a guy below the belt?

Gunman cannot believe it. An angry Gunman lifts Cage back up to his feet. Gunman grabs Cage's arm in a hammerlock, turns Cage around and into a front facelock while maintaining the hammerlock.
Fortune: Gunman is going for a DDT but Cage counters! He lifts Gunman up with his free arm and drops him on his crotch with an inverted atomic drop!
Hunt: No! Not on his little Gunman balls!
The fans cheer wildly as Gunman stands stunned near the ropes. Cage with a shuffle sidekick that sends Gunman out of the ring.
Fortune: Out goes Gunman to the floor right in front of us!
Gunman gets up slowly on the floor near the announce tables and Kandi Fortune. Cage looks to the crowd as they roar with approval. Cage bounces off the ropes and runs toward the ropes. Cage dives out of the ring with a suicide dive, but Gunman grabs Kandi by the wrist and pulls her into harm's way instead.

The GZW LightHeavyweight Champion stands above the carnage of Cage and Kandi laid out on the floor. John Taylor then proudly and arrogantly puts his belt around his waist.
Hunt: My broadcast partner, Kandi Fortune, is laid out along with that new punk, Adam Cage! It is despicable what Cage has done to her! We are out of time folks! Goodnight!
