Welcome to my web page!  I just want to say thank you for visiting.  But, I'm guessing the real reason you're here is that you want to know about me....

Well, I am 23 years old and a graduate of Erskine College.  I love all of my family and I don't know what I'd do without them.  I have 2 brothers and 1 sister.  All of them are older than me.  My oldest brother has a boy and 2 girls and my other brother has an adopted daughter.  My father died 3 months before I was born...people sometimes say that you can't miss what you never had, but I have to disagree.  I miss not having a father every day!  It is so difficult not having someone here on earth that I can call "daddy."  But I know that one day I'll see my dad and I'll be able to run into his arms and sit in his lap.  But until then, I know he's watching over me everyday!

My heart is to serve God and do what He has called me to do!!...yes I am a Christian.  I love the Lord with all my heart, soul, and mind.  If it wasn't for Him, I wouldn't be where I am today...I probably would not even be alive!!  He has brought me through so much "crap"  I live my life for God because He first loved me and sent His only son to die on the cross for my sins.  The way I see it, He did all this for me, the least I can do is live for Him!  I praise Him every day that I am alive and for the people that He has given me as friends.  Now I am praising Him for the man that will become my husband...in advance of course, b/c I have no boyfriend! ;)

I just want to stress to each on of you that no matter what you go through, no matter how bad it may seem, you are NEVER alone!!  God is always there right beside you...He will never leave you nor forsake you!  He's PROUD to be called your FATHER!!!

If you ever need to talk to anyone, I'm here to listen.  I'm available whenever you need a shoulder to cry on, and ear to listen, or a friend to turn to.  I will always be here for you and you can always confide in me.  The choice is yours!

I hope that my achievements in life shall be these - that I will have fought for what was right and fair, that I will have risked for that which mattered, and that I will have given help to those who were in need that I will have left the earth a better place for what I've done and who I've been.  ~C. Hoppe

Prayer is the soul's sincere desire,
Uttered or unexpressed;
The motion of hidden fire
that trembles in the breast.
~James Montgomery,
What Is Prayer?

There come times when I have nothing more to tell God.  If I were to continue to pray in words, I would have to repeat what I have already said.  At such times it is wonderful to say to God, "May I be in Thy presence, Lord?  I have nothing more to say to Thee, but I do love to be in Thy presence." ~O. Hallesby
