In Cephiro, weapons are made by "Artisans," and that includes both weapons for battle and weapons for sports. The Chief Artisan in Cephiro is Presea. In fact, Presea is the only Artisan in all of Cephiro who can make weapons from the legendary Mineral Escude. One thing about Presea, though, is that she doesn't always listen to those who she's talking to. Instead, she has a tendency to go off into her own world and play around.
