Skuld is the youngest of the three goddesses from the Relief Goddess Office. She her first appears in volume 3 of the OVA series. Her job at the Helper Goddess Office is to debug the Yggdrasil system, normally with a large mallet. Skuld is very good at building mechanical inventions, most of which backfire in some way. At the beginning of the OAV she tries to break up Keiichi and Belldandy so that her sister will return home with her. She has a Grade Two, First Class, Limited License.
