Mentors
Mentors are very special people who have volunteered their time to help out other leaders. Most often it is new leaders who need a helping hand to guide them through their first year. But mentors can also help out established leaders who may be having a problem with their troop or may just be in need of new idea or different way of approaching something. Either way Laurel Service Unit has some wonderful experienced leaders who you can call on. You can check your roster for their phone numbers or email me and I will put you in touch with them.
