This
is Andrew. Andrew, or A-Jay, as I like to call him, served as president
for two terms. Many historians consider his reign as dictator---erm, President
impedent, even detrimental to the cause of democracy. His policies being
irrational, and diplomacy unsusual, it is no surprise that he caused an
economic slump not once, but twice! One can be attributed to 'killing'
the bank of the United States. Another, in an effort to help the economy,
he issued a little something he called the "Specie Circular" |
