ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES
The successful implementation and operation of a hotel
feasibility project requires different categories of human resources. Human
resources can be classified as;
* Management
* Staff
* Workers
The success of industrial projects depends on skill,
experience and productivity of management, staff and workers.
Management
Provision of qualified and experienced managers is
a basic prerequisite for a successful project implementation and operation.
By this way this hotel will be managed by Ayhan GULSOY who also manages
Alumni Center Social Facilities. Ayhan GULSOY is very experienced about
hotel management. He has worked as an operational manager in Hilton Hotels
and in general manager position in many hotels in Mediterranean.
There are managers who worked under Ayhan GULSOY.
There is a vise president of hotel and assists to Ayhan GULSOY. There is
also a finance manager who is responsible for all the items about costs,
expenses, total revenue etc. Personnel manager acts as a human resource
manager and schedules all of the personnel working in hotel.
Staff and Workers
Staff and workers are organized under managers and
chiefs. The bar chief works with barmen. Housekeeping personals works under
executive housekeeper and technical personals under technique chief. Front
desk chief organizes all room clerks and reservation clerks. All chiefs
work under personal manager.
Recruitment & Training Process
Choosing right personnel for the hotels is an important
issue. Generally experienced workers are preferable, unskilled workers
should be given additional training, information and experience in order
to qualify for the different tasks. If an unskilled worker is employed
he should work with another experienced one for a while. So the service
operations can be applied healthy for customer satisfaction. In addition
to these, some training courses like total quality management, service
processes, psychology should be given to all employees

Turizm Department Academics was benefited. Also internet search was carried
out and some companies offering pre-fabric technology was contacted.
Total Employment
Total number of employees is estimated from the other
hotel personals. The service operations should be made in time for customers.
Technical problems occurring anywhere in the hotel should be quickly solved
and all activities like heating, lightning and housekeeping should be provided
on a perfect operating basis. Thus the hotel operating team should work
in a very professional way. The proposed team consists of managers;

So a total of 16 people working in the hotel. Bar
chief, bar personnel work together. All personnel is one day off
in a week. The 6 people working in housekeeping personnel differentiates
as 4 people for cleaning 40 rooms, one person looks for laundry and remaining
1 person is responsible for cleaning of lounges. Technical chief and the
personnel under him are responsible for all heating system, electrical
system, circulation system etc and all maintenance of parts. Reservation
chief and 4 personnel do the scheduling of reservations, each clerk working
8 hours a day. So a 24 hour of reservation is possible in the hotel. Also
in some crowded days, two of the clerks are assigned at the desk.

According to the results of research done within the
hotels operating in current market and after the specifications of the
proposed hotel is considered the following monthly payment schedule is
