The preliminary construction standards for the hotel, especially for its construction materials and mechanical systems are predetermined. The hotel will be constructed with pre-fabric technology. So the reinforced concrete structural system, exterior materials, type of window glass, quality of interior finishes are all predetermined.

The hotel is subject to a variety of construction regulations, from zoning codes to health standards to sign ordinances. Our proposed hotel will meet the zoning requirements regulating use, height, set-backs, end size of building, the detailed design will comply with building and fire codes.

Tepe Pre-fabric gives the construction service. Once the proposed project is ready, an offer to Tepe Pre-fabric is made and they give OK or they improve the project. They establish engineering standards as well as construction standards, in part to meet building and fire codes, but mainly to establish a level of quality in the interior environment. Tepe Pre-fabric establishes engineering criteria for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, water, power, lighting, fire protection and communications systems.

The hotel will be constructed by Tepe Prefabric in four months time.
