Metu social- center was established for serving facilities to Metu-graduates. In social-center, there are a lot of facilities offering a wide variety services. Generally, metu-graduates living in Ankara, can use the social center easily.The others who live outside Ankara those come for a job or a visit  stay in hotels in central Ankara and so they are unable to access easily into social centers facilities . For that reason, the fully utilization  of the social-center is below of  normal usage because of the distance of hotels to social-center. In addition to this, Metu academics and their guests may have difficulty in vacation  and transportation between Metu and possible hotels. As a result, the main goal of  hotel feasibility project is to overcome those difficulties by establishing  the proposed hotel serving as a guesthouse nearby Metu –campus with the social center facilities.
Through out the project, all financial and physical variables are considered in a constraint to get a feasible solution. In each step, all alternatives are evaluated and the best alternative is chosen in terms of considering the cost and the benefit. So financial analysis shows us that the hotel is feasible and the hotel is able to respond to its customers needs in terms of  social-center facilities.
