Administrative Offices
The administrative offices influence the productivity
of the staff, it has a direct influence on guests as well. Many guests
deal with the hotel manager and personnel manager.
Our hotel has 3 administrative offices:
* hotel manager office
* finance and accounting manager office
* personnel manager office
Back of the house
General Storage: The hotel will require considerable
amounts of storage. This storage will mostly be used for linen storage
on guestroom floors. Also the storage will be used to store old financial
records and extra furnishings and equipment. The storage room has two or
three caged areas.
Employee Areas: The hotel will include a rest
room for the employees.
Laundry and Housekeeping: The laundry equipment
will be in this room.
