PART 5 Back with Maria and David “Come on Maria show me how much you are loving this.”  David said as he kept pumping in and out of her.  When Maria didn’t do anything he grabbed the knife and cut her cheek, which got her attention.  “I said show me how much you are loving this.” Maria didn’t know what to do.  She was in too much pain to care.  She hoped that he would kill her and put her out of her misery.  Then she felt him cut her on her other cheek.  Maria winced in pain.  She tried to tell him to stop but the gag was to tight.  God please help me I know I’m not one to go to church but I can’t handle this.  I want to die.  I wish I was at home watching movies with Max, Alex, Liz, and Isabel god even Michael.  I didn’t get to tell Max how much I love him.  Liz and Alex I’m going to miss them.  I know Isabel and I don’t get along really well but I still love her in her Ice Princess way.  If I live through I will even start liking Tess and forgive Michael for how he has treated me.  I never got to tell Kyle that I was glad that he was going to be my brother.  I didn’t get to tell my mom how much I loved her and how much I was glad that her and the sheriff were getting married but Maria thoughts were cut off when she felt the knife push into her stomach. “I have to go now Maria thanks for the fun.”  David said and she stabbed her one more time in the stomach.  He grabbed to blanket and basket got in his car and left Maria there to die PART 6 With the Others “Michael we have to find her.  I just got this rush feeling of pain.  The pain is out weighing the fear.”  Max said from the back seat. “I’m looking Max.  Why Can’t I feel her like that?”  Michael asked,  “Liz call them and see what is up.  Because we are on our way to the desert because they aren’t in town.” “I’m on in.”  Liz said trying to keep her worry aside.  “Okay they are on their way out to the desert too.” “Max, I can’t feel her any more.”  Michael said getting scared now. “Isabel also said she couldn’t feel her anymore.”  Liz said finally letting some of the tears fall.  Michael looking in the rearview mirror to Max and saw the tears falling down his face. “Max, buddy come on tell me you can still feel her.”  Michael said when Max didn’t say anything he yelled.  “MAX PLEASE TELL ME YOU CAN FEEL HER STILL.” “She is fading fast.”  Max finally whispered then he lost it and broke down crying. “Max, calm down she is gonna be okay.  Wait I see something.”  Michael said which made Max look up.  What he saw made his own heart sink then all of a sudden he could feel her pain again. “That is her stop now I can feel her, she just got stronger.”  Max said standing up and practically jumping out of the jeep when it was still moving.  When he stopped completely Max was already on the ground running to Maria. “OMIGOD.”  Max yelled once he saw Maria laying there with her blood all over her stomach without a shirt or bra and her skirt hiked up with he panties thrown with her other cloths.  “Grab the blanket out of the back of the jeep.”  Max went over to Maria and put his hand over he stomach that was when he realized that she had been stabbed twice.  “HOLY SHIT.  Max you have to help her.”  Michael said once he got up to Maria and saw what she looked like.  He gave Max the blanket to cover her and backed away next Liz. “Max. . . .please. . . .don’t. . . .heal. . . .me.”  Maria choked out. “I’m not going to let you die Maria.  I love you to much for that to happen.”  Max said then he turned to Michael.  “Call an ambulance because I can’t heal both of these we have to leave evidence so they can get that man.  I will heal any vital organs that would kill her but I can’t fully heal her without killing one of us.” “Do what ever just don’t let her die on me Max.  I need her.”  Liz said now crying hysterically in Michael’s arms. “I need her too Liz.”  Max said as he turn back to Maria. “I. . . .love. . . .you. . . .Max.”  Maria said “Maria you got to look into my eyes I need you too please.  What will I do if you die.”  Max said, finally he got his connection and the flashes started coming. **FLASH** Maria and Max in her bedroom laying naked in bed. **FLASH** Maria says goodbye and I love you to him and Alex tonight. **FLASH** Maria’s shirt and bra getting cut off by David.. **FLASH** David pushing into Maria and realizing that she wasn’t a virgin and telling her that she isn’t as innocent as he thought she was. **FLASH** Last he saw David stab Maria the second time in the stomach get his stuff and drive off which gave him is Texas license plate number DMK 666. Max then broke the connection.  He fixed what he could so that he knew Maria wouldn’t die on him. “I hear the ambulance.”  Isabel said. “When did you get here.”  Max asked but didn’t move away from Maria. “I’ve got his license plate number from her flashes.”  Max said the turn back to Maria. “Max. . . .why. . . .didn’t. . . .you. . . .let. . . .me. . . .die?”  Maria asked.  Max bent down and whispered in to her ear. “I can’t lose you.  I just realized how I felt and I couldn’t lose you.”  Max said again letting the tears fall. “Sir I need to get to her.”  The Paramedic said.  “What happened?” “I’m not sure sir, we found her that way.  She went out on a date with some guy.  So me and my friends went for ride before we were meeting her back at the Crashdown Café and when we drove out her we found her like this.  I covered her with a blanket because he shirt and bra were torn of sir.  Also I tried to stop the bleeding.”  Max explain while paramedic worked on Maria. “Ma’am Can you hear me?” “Yes, I hurt so bad.”  Maria whispered.  When Max realized that she was still awake and responding to the paramedic he let Maria’s hand go and turn to leave. “Max please don’t leave me I need you.”  Maria pleaded. “I won’t leave you ever Maria.”  Max promised. “Sir since she wants you with her you need to get into the ambulance with us.” “Michael get a hold of the sheriff and get him to meet us at the hospital and get Maria’s mom.”  Max asked. “Already done.”  Michael said with tears running down his face that no one noticed.  Michael watched as the ambulance drove away with his little pixie and his suppose to be best friend. “Michael are you coming?”  Isabel asked. “Yeah, I’m coming.  Liz ride with me I need to talk to you.”  Michael said. “I had planned on it.  Isabel we will meet the three of you at the hospital.”  Liz said as she got in the jeep along with Michael. “So Michael what did you want to talk to me about?”  Liz finally asked after 10 minutes of silence. “Do you think there is something more then friendship between Max and Maria?”  Michael asked. “I’m not sure Michael but I’m starting to think so.  I mean why could Max feel Maria better then you and the way Max was acting on the way here, I mean I love Maria and she is my best friend but the way he acted you’d think it was his girlfriend.”  Liz said with a sad voice. “I can’t lose her to him you know.  She is the only thing that keeps me together.  I really do love her Liz.  I know I haven’t shown it but I do.”  Michael said finally admitting to his feelings to her. “I know Michael, I feel the same about Max but I can tell you it is our fault if they are more to each other.  We did ditch them and they found a friendship with each other.  We have to wait and see.”  Liz said as she turn to stare out the window. “I know Liz, but it still will hurt.”  Michael said.
