***One Week Before the Wedding*** Maria, Isabel, Liz, and Tess are sitting at the Crashdown talking about the last minute wedding plans. “Maria, how are you holding up?”  Isabel asked “I’m exciting but also nervous.  I keep having this dream that Max and I are standing at the alter and the minister asked if Max takes me to be his bride he say NO, I don’t want her.  She ruined my life.  Then I wake up.” “Maria, Hun it is just a dream.  Max loves you too much to say anything like that.  Actually he told Michael that he had the same dream but it was you instead of him saying those things.  Michael told me because he didn’t know exactly what to say to him.  You know Michael not very good with the advice thing.”  Liz said “Actually Max told Kyle and Alex too.  He is really freaked about it.  You need to talk to him about it Maria.  You’re both just having jitters.  I’ve never seen him this happy before.  Sorry Liz but it is the truth.”  Isabel said “I know I was going to talk to him about it after I asked you guys about it.  I don’t know what I would do with out all you guys.”  Maria said.  “Can you believe that I’m getting married in a week to Maxwell Evans.  The love of my life and the father of my children.” “I can’t believe you’re the first one of us getting married.”  Tess said. “Where are the guys anyways?”  Liz said.  “I mean Michael left the apartment in a hurry this morning and I haven’t heard from him since.” “You were at his apartment this morning.”  Maria teased  “And what exactly were you two up too.” “Maria, get your mind out of the gutter.  I fell asleep over there after our date.  We were watching TV and fell asleep.”  Liz said “I was kidding you Liz.  I don’t know what the guys are up to because Max left the same way this morning.”  Maria said “Yeah, Kyle left the same way.”  Tess said.  “What about Alex?” “He left the same way this morning.”  Isabel said softly. “I wonder what they are doing.  Wait maybe Max is freaking out and they are helping he leave town.” “You don’t have to worry about that.”  Said a voice coming from the break room of the Crashdown.  Everyone turns towards the voice. “Max, where have you been?  I was beginning to freak out.”  Maria said as she ran over and kissed him. “We had something we had to get done.”  Max said as he turn to see Kyle, Alex, and Michael walk out of the back. “Yeah, it’s for guys to know.  Not you women.”  Michael said with a smirk. “You better watch it with that talk because I’m sure that all those women can kick your ass Michael.”  Alex said. “It would take all of them to even hurt me.” “Well I know I can hurt you without even touching you.”  Liz said with an evil grin “Oh you wouldn’t do that.”  Michael said with a shocked expression oh his face.  “You would be punishing yourself also.” “Oh Michael dear I can live without it for awhile but I don’t think you could.”  Liz said which made everyone crack up. “It isn’t as hard as you think Michael.”  Max said which got a glare from Liz.  “It isn’t that hard.  I know from experience talk about a year and half with out it.” “Max, I don’t know how you do it.”  Kyle said from behind him. “It isn’t my choice of course.”  Max said “Oh really.  I think you just ruined your wedding night buddy with that comment.  Because I can wait longer and torture you.”  Maria said getting Max’s face.  “If you thought waking up to me every morning and not getting any.  Just wait because I can torture you even more.”  With that said.  Maria turned around and left the Crashdown without looking back. “Okay does someone want to explain to me what just happened here.  I thought we were just kidding around here.”  Max said with totally shock. “Maria is really stressed out right now Max.  I think we should talk.”  Isabel said “Izzy what is the matter with Maria?” “Max she is having the same dream that you are but it is really freaking her out.  She really thinks that she is gonna lose you.  I tried to tell her different.”  Isabel said “Why didn’t you tell me this before Isabel.  Why didn’t she say anything to me about?  I thought that I’ve heard her wake up at night crying but I assumed I was hearing things.”  Max said.  “I better go and find her.” “Max let us do this.  We will get her back to your place meet us there.”  Isabel said as she walked out of the Crashdown but she didn’t get far because was sitting against the wall. “Maria, are you all right?  Why did you freak out on Max like that?  We were all just joking around.”  Isabel said with a worried expression. “I don’t know why I just did that.  I’m just really nervous Izzy.  I don’t know what I was thinking back there.  How mad is he at me?”  Maria asked “I’m not mad Maria.  I was a little confused about the whole incident because I didn’t know what I did wrong but Izzy explained that you are having the same dream I am.”  Max said as he walked over to her. “I thought I told you to let me talk to her Max.”  Isabel said “I went and got him when I saw Maria sitting right there.”  Tess said “Could you guys leave us alone for minute?”  Max asked everyone. “Sure we will be inside.” “Max, I’m afraid that I’m going to lose you.  Promise me that I won’t lose you.”  Maria said with tears flowing down her face. “Maria, I will never leave you.  I love you too much.  You’re stuck with me forever unless you get rid of me first.”  Max said with a smile “Max what happens if they come after you to take you home?” “Maria, my home is where ever you, Xander and Belle are.  If they came here tomorrow to get us I wouldn’t leave.  I’m pretty sure none of us want to go back.  We found out where we belong at that is with the people we love.  For me that is with you and my children.”  Max said giving Maria a soft kiss on the lips “Max, I’m so sorry about earlier.  I don’t know what I was thinking.  Every time I’m happy something happens and I always lose it.” “Well Hun your not losing me.  In one week you’ll my wife and I’ve never been be Evans.” “We better go in and let everyone know everything is okay.”  Maria said as she stood up. “Yeah, we should plus, Michael, Kyle, Alex, and I have something else to do for the wedding.”  Max said as he got up and grabbed Maria’s hand. “What do you have to do?  We’ve been lucky enough not to have to do anything because of my parents and your mom.”  Maria asked as they walked into the happen.  Where am I going to be I live there too.”  Max asked “OOPS, forgot to tell him.  Max you have to find somewhere else to stay tonight we want a girls night and my mom is gonna watch the kids.  Why don’t you meet Michael later at his place so he can make up for leaving Liz today.”  Maria said with a smirk that got everyone except Michael and Max to laugh. “I don’t find that funny.  Fine I will got to Michael’s if that is okay with him.”  Max said “Yeah, sure since my girl backed out on me.  Kyle and Alex you should also coming and we can do a man’s night out.”  Michael said.  “We can go to some strip clubs and do what guys do when they aren’t with their girls.” “If I find out that you took Max to a strip club then you wont have to worry about ever having kids Michael.”  Maria said went into the back “Your girl is the same way dude.”  Kyle said as he went to leave the Crashdown. ***Later Girls Night Out*** Maria, Liz, Isabel, and Tess are spread out around the living room watching a movie they rented. “Maria were you being serious about not marrying Max if he went to a strip club with the guys?”  Isabel finally asked “No of course not.  I could careless if they went but it was funny to watch their expressions on their face.  Especially when Max was trying to suck up to me.  I had to go to the bathroom so they wouldn’t see me laughing.”  Maria said with a smile “I know did you see Michael’s face when I told he’d be lonely if he went.  That is why I went to the back so I could laugh.”  Liz said trying not to laugh again “Yeah, Kyle didn’t help with his comments.  I was gonna say something to him but I caught a glimpse a Liz laughing in the back so I knew Liz was kidding around.”  Tess said giving a little laugh “You should have heard Max when he came home to get some cloths.  He was like ‘Maria sweetie I don’t want to go to strip clubs and don’t know what Michael was thinking.’  I had to turn my back so he couldn’t see me trying not to laugh.”  Maria said laughing harder now “Michael was afraid of you earlier when you were giving him those glares.  He backed away from you.  That was great that was another reason I had to go because it was to funny.  Mr. Tough Guy Guerin backing away from Little Ms Valenti.  I’m going to tease him about that forever.”  Liz comment which made everyone laugh “I saw him backing away a little at time but I thought it was my imagination.  He is never going to live that down.”  Isabel said laughing harder “I actually wonder what they are up to?  I mean we could sneak over to Michael’s and spy on them.  We do have Tess?”  Liz said “Yeah we could go watch them be boring as hell.”  Tess joked “Okay sounds like fun to me.”  Maria said as she jumped up from her sit to get some shoes.  Everyone followed her lead. ***Meanwhile Guys Night Out*** Max, Michael, Kyle, and Alex are sitting in Michael’s place trying to figure out what they should do. “Michael do you have stereo to listen to?”  Alex asked “Yeah, I fixed from our last guys night out.  Are you suggesting that we listen to music.”  Michael said “Yeah but we could have some fun too.”  Alex said “Sounds good to me.  What are we going to listen too.”  Max asked “I brought some of my CD’s we could listen to Alien Ant Farm’s Smooth Criminal.”  Kyle said “Sounds good to me.  They has a lot of energy.”  Alex said “I can’t believe we are going to do this again.  I’m just glad that no one can see us that would be to embarrassing.”  Michael said as he went and put on the CD. “Okay lets get ready boys to have some fun and to work off some of this energy we can’t use later.”  Kyle said just as the song started. All the guys got up and start dancing around Michael’s apartment acting like asses never knowing that the girls have been watching them. “I can’t hold this much longer.  We have to go now or we are gonna get busted.”  Tess said trying to contain her laughing as she watched a little more before she closed the apartment door. “I can’t believe what I just saw in there that is the funniest thing I have ever seen in my life.”  Maria said while wiping the tears from her face from laughing so hard “I never knew Michael could jump around so well.  But did you see Max?  He looked like a freaking retard.”  Isabel said also wiping her tears away “We better get out of here before they see us because we are right in front of Michael’s window.  Look you can see their shadows through the curtains.”  Liz said which made laugh harder. ***Back to the Boys*** “Hey guys did you just hear that?”  Michael asked looking towards the door “What are you talking about Michael?”  Kyle asked as her turn off the stereo “It sound like people running down the hall laughing.”  Michael said “Michael you live in apartment building where other people live.  I’m sure it was from them.”  Alex said “Yeah but the laughs sounded so familiar to me.”  Michael said walking to the front window to look out. ***Back to the Girls*** “Oh shit someone walking towards the front window we have to hide.”  Liz said “Liz where are you going?  I can make who ever it is see something else.”  Tess said “Sorry forgot, but we should still get out of here now.”  Liz said running towards the car followed by everyone else “I can’t block them now because I can’t concentrate while I’m running.”  Tess said “If we hurry it up we won’t have to worry about it.”  Isabel said ***Back to the Boys*** “Michael what are doing?”  Max asked “I’m checking out my front window to see if it was who I think it was.”  Michael said looking out the window and saw four girls running away from the building.  “I’m going to kill them.” “Kill who Michael?”  Max said as he walked up to Michael and saw what he was looking at.  “I can’t believe them.” “I know but we are going to get even with them for this.”  Michael said turning away from the window pulling Max with him.  “Let them think we didn’t see them.” “What you two talking about?”  Kyle finally asked “Well, lets just say we were being spied on.”  Michael said “You mean the girls but how would we not see them?”  Alex asked “Tess!”  Kyle, Max, and Michael said together “She made them so we couldn’t see them.  I could hurt them really bad right now for that.”  Michael said “I wonder whose idea it was?  It probably was Maria’s.”  Kyle said.  “I mean she was in a weird mood and she was probably checking up on you Maxwell.” “I don’t think so.  Maria trusts me, I know she was joking earlier with us but we do have to pay them back for that.”  Max said “Well what can we do, I mean they do have the advantage of having Tess with them.  She does have the better power guys.”  Alex said “We can freak them out.  Max and I have power that they don’t know we have.  We can move things and scare them.” “Sounds like a good idea but what are Alex and I gonna do we don’t have powers like you.” “Max and I will get you in the house to get you to guys to cut the electricity so it is also dark.  Do you guys have all black cloths?” “Yeah at my house.  We can make a quick stop there first and get anything that will scare them.”  Kyle said as he walked towards Michael’s apartment door. behind her.  She just turned and jumped into his arms because it hadn’t sunk in that is was the guys just yet. “Max, I’m so glad it’s you.  Somebody is trying to get us.”  Maria said with tears coming down her cheeks. “Maria, Hun, know one is after you guys.”  Max said squeezing her tight because he knew once she figured it out the he wouldn’t be allowed near her till the wedding if there were one. started laugh again “Max, Hun, you really can’t dance to that kind of music.”  Maria said laughing harder “Aren’t you guys just so funny.  Whose idea was it to spy on us?”  Kyle finally asked “It was mine.”  Liz said cracking up at their facial expressions “You’re telling me that this wasn’t Maria’s idea.”  Michael asked in shock “No it wasn’t mine but I wish it had been.  I’ll never forget that scene for the rest of my life.  I wish I would have had a video camera.”  Maria joked “Tess, I can’t believe you went along with them.”  Alex said.  “I thought you were better then that.” “Well Alex, I’m not and I’m glad I went along.”  Tess replied “So what are you guys up to for the rest of the night?”  Maria asked finally “Not dancing around here.”  Michael replied “Oh come on we need another good laugh.”  Liz joked which made Michael grab her and pull her towards him “I’m punishing you Parker, no sex till Max and Maria get married.” “OH that hurts but I don’t have to worry about because you can’t last that long.  You will be begging me tomorrow for it.”  Liz said with a smirk “Why don’t you guys stay here for the night?  Guys can sleep in the spare room girls we get my room.”  Maria said “Sounds good to me since I’m being punished.”  Liz replied “Wait I’m not being punished.”  Kyle and Alex said in unison “Yes you are.  NO sex till after Maria and Max’s wedding for your little stunt earlier.”  Isabel replied to Alex.  “If you had been slapped then you would have had your punishment.” “Same goes for you Kyle.”  Tess said agreeing with Isabel “Then slap us.”  They said again in unison. “To late, the moment is gone.”  Isabel said “Shit I got punished twice.”  Michael said which made everyone start laughing “If you want to get technical three times.”  Max said laughing “What about Max what is his punishment?”  Alex said “Hey dude I was slapped by Maria.”  Max replied then added.  “Plus your punishment I am already going through remember our talk earlier.” “MAXWELL EVANS.”  Maria yelled with a smile “Good going their jackass.”  Michael replied “Come on girls let go up to my room and watch our movies now.”  Maria said as she walked up the stairs followed by the girls. “We can stay down here and chill because the spare room doesn’t have a TV.”  Max said.  So the guys went in the living room and watch TV till they fell asleep where they were.
