PART 16 Next Morning Kyle, Michael, Isabel and Liz are sitting around the Valenti living room when Max, Maria and Jim walk in. “You two look like hell, what happen to you last night?” Kyle asks as he looks from Max to Maria to his dad and he could tell something bad had happened. “Could the four of you please go out for awhile. I’ll have some stuff that needs to be dealt with without you four around.” Jim says before he walks into the kitchen. “What the hell happened last night?” Michael asks. “We spent the night in jail.” Max answers with out looking at the other four, who are trying to hide their smiles. “For indecent exposure.” Maria finishes. They couldn’t help it now and busted out laughing. “You better get out. He’s one pissed off man after what he saw last night."” Max says then blushes. “MAX, MARIA IN HERE NOW. YOU OTHER FOUR OUT NOW!” Jim yelled. Within two seconds, the other four were out the door but you could still hear their laughter. Max and Maria went into the kitchen and sat down at the table. As they sat in silence for about 10 minutes just looking at each other. Maria finally broke it. “How did you find us?” “Didn’t actually know it was you two until I heard you scream Max’s name. Someone reported that a Jeep was parked in the desert. So we went out to investigate. To our surprise we came across you two having sex in the middle of the fucking desert.” Jim stops for a minute to get his anger in check. “What in gods name made you two do that? I could have been someone else who caught you.” “We went out there to get away from everyone and have some time alone without interruptions. Why would you investigate a Jeep parked in the desert anyways? There is always different cars left in the desert.” Maria says. Then grabbed Max’s hand. “Are you more pissed that you caught is or that I embarrassed you in front of Hanson and that other deputy?” “It was slow night, so that is why we checked out the Jeep in the desert. I’m pissed because I caught my daughter having sex with her boyfriend in the middle of the fucking desert. How long has this been going on? Are you at least using protection?” Jim says getting frustrated and looking down at the table. “You think of me as your daughter.” Maria choked out as tears flowed down her face. Jim looked up as he heard Maria’s choked voice and see the tears running down her face. He gets up, walks over to her and pulls her into a hug. “You have always been a daughter to me. I wanted to adopt you but they said I wouldn’t be able to because of my job and already being a single parent to Kyle.” Jim stopped to keep himself from crying. “I knew you two had strong feeling for each other. You can tell by the way you look at each other. But catching you in the act was one of the hardest things for a father to see. I can tell you that Max is a lucky man because I know he loves you. If it had been another man, he would have probably been in the hospital right now.” “Jim, I’d never do anything to hurt her. I do love her with all my heart. And yes we have always used protection. Neither one of us want any pregnancies.” “Max is the first and hopefully last person I’ll ever be with. I love him so much. I will not stop seeing him. I love living with you and Kyle but I’m not giving up Max.” Maria says. “I’m not going to make you stop seeing each other. I’m assuming that wasn’t your first time. I would like you, Maria to see a doctor and get on birth control. And please do those things in a more private place.” Jim says. “Oh yeah, Max isn’t to stay here over night for awhile. I have to except you’re having sex but I don’t have to allow it in my house.” “We expected that to happen. I will contact a doctor on Monday and birth control. Please don’t yell at the others, they didn’t have any clue what we were doing out in the desert or that we were out there.” Maria says to Jim. “It’s the truth. We canceled on them last night.” Max added. “I will deal with them later. I have to go back to the station. I’ll see you two later. Max, I won’t tell your parents and I will tell my other deputies to never say anything about last night.” After saying that Jim left. “That wasn’t as bad as I thought it would go.” Max says. “Except for the fact that you can’t stay here at night and I have to gone birth control.” Maria said as she stood up and went and sat in Max’s lap before kissing him. They were so caught up in each other they didn’t hear Kyle, Isabel, Liz and Michael come in. “So how was your night in jail?” Kyle asks making the two some apart. “What kind of indecent exposure were you put in jail for?” Michael asks with his usual smirk. “Jail was great.” Max answers sarcastically. “We couldn’t even talk to each other and we were put in two different cells.” “Let’s just say we were caught doing what you guys were doing last night by Jim, Hanson and some other deputy. So be glad you had last night because you owe us big.” Maria says as she glares at the other four. “Were you in the middle or just laying in each others arms?” Isabel asks trying not to laugh. “We were going on our second orgasms. Max and I were still going strong when I screamed.” Maria replies also trying not to laugh. “I can’t believe dad put you two in jail over night.” Kyle says not holding back his laughter. “I’m just glad he didn’t kill me. Who knows how long they were standing there.” “Is he gonna make you two stay apart?” Liz asks. “No, Max isn’t allowed to stay the night here for awhile and I have to go on birth control. We kept you four out of trouble because we told him we canceled on you guys.” Maria answers. “Is Jim still going to allow you to stay at my place tonight?” Isabel asks. “He didn’t tell me I couldn’t, so I’m assuming so.” Maria replies. “Lets go get something to eat. I’m starving since we never got to eat dinner last night.” Max announces. “I thought you packed a picnic.” Liz says. “We never got to eat it.” Was all Max had to say. “You dear brother are in deep shit when Jim tells our parents about your trip to jail.” Michael says with a laugh. “He’s not going to tell out parents Michael.” “Figures, Saint Max gets away with it again.” “Don’t I always.” |
