What I Believe about Nudity

I Believe...

...God created man, including his physical body, in "His image," for His purpose and pleasure.

...our nude bodies, as part God's good creation, are good and acceptable.

...our bodies, as part of God's good creation, are not something to be ashamed of.

...for those of us who have faith in Jesus Christ, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should therefore use them to honor Him.

...since God established social nudity in The Garden, before the fall, as "normal" and good, social nudity is the natural, God ordained, state, and we should therefore recognize it as "normal," and good.

...every person has a right to practice "social nudity," provided they do not harm, or infringe upon the rights of others.

...chaste "social nudity" promotes self-respect, respect for others, and positive healthy attitudes toward the people and the human body.

...exposure of the entire human body to sunlight, and air are beneficial, allowing the body to function as originally designed.

...nudity and sex are separate, and those who associate the two, outside their proper boundaries, are perverting their intended uses.
