| Message 704 of 704 PLEASE READ: New Founder 2/21/01 10:40 am It is with mixed feelings that I announce that at the end of February I will be stepping down as the founder of the Take Back The Night Club. Because I have not been able to give the club the time and attention it deserves from a founder, I have decided it would be best to place the club under new management. I am pleased to announce that moomintroll2 has accepted the invitation to become the new founder. Moomintroll is an experienced club founder whose vision for this club is that it remain a place where rape survivors and their supporters can feel safe in giving and receiving support. She will continue maintaining the safe atmosphere with which the club has existed since its inception in 1998, when Yahoo! Clubs first opened. While I will no longer be founder, I will continue to be a member of the club. I'm proud of what this club has accomplished; as Yahoo! Clubs' first club for rape survivors, we've paved the way for a growing movement of support, healing, and education. Please join me in welcoming moomintroll to her new position.
