| "No I will not have Zeav hurt you as badly as she did when you attacked her when she was asleep" said the mother as she slid imbetween the two. "Fine, I'll calm down but I think I'd better go train in case of another sleep attack" said Zeav as she relaxed her staff and arms, she then turned and left the room. A'nthy sneered and left the back way and made his way to his older brother's cabin. He approached it to find fifth born brother come out to him, in the family there were six boys an then there was Zeav. Since the parents found her and brought her home the boys had had it in for her. They planed tricks to get her hurt but what they didn't know was that her type was one of the best fighters. "Brother we have to get Zeav now or else we wont get the chance" said A'nthy to his brother. "I heard what happened, come inside. We all will decide what to do to her inside" said the brother as they walked into the cabin. They sat down at a table and the six boys created dastardly deeds to do to Zeav, when they found the best one they left the cabin to put their plan into operation. When Zeav walked outside she stopped and heard her brother leave the house and then she turned and walked back into the house. "Why did you adopt me?" asked Zeav to her mother. "That's a good question, but I don't remember" answered her mother. "I've been thinking, since you've been the best human family by taking me in I've decided I should leave" said Zeav. "What, Why. You can't leave" said the mother. "I have to go, my species is meant to live in the wild not in a house. At my age with my fighting ability I would of been the leader of my tribe and besides you have enough trouble with seven of us to look after. Then the boys have never taken me to their liking so I think they would calm down when I left" replied Zeav as she waited for her mother to say something. "What you just said has made me change my mind" replied her mother. "I will pack a few supplies then I will leave, it should only take me ten minutes. Her mother nodded and Zeav walked to the pantry and grabbed some fruits and dried meat. She then went back and grabbed a cloth and set the food on it, she then wrapped it up and tied it to her belt. She nodded good-bye to her mother and walked out of the house and into the forest. As she was walking she heard a twig snap, her senses told her who it was so she kept walking. She then heard a branch creek, and then she heard a whip crack. From the side a large log tied to a vine was released and was swinging toward her, she leapt up and swung her staff at the vine which cut it and let the log go flying. As the log crashed into the trees screams of panic could be heard and the six boys ran into the clearing where Zeav was standing. "So it was you who set the trap" said Zeav. "So what if it was us, you shouldn't even be alive to complain" shouted A'nthy. "You'd better be glad that my anger can't take full control of me or you all would be dead" said Zeav as she turned and began to walk along the path. The boys were let speechless, they had expected her to attack so they had given their freedom to a peasant and in exchange he gave them the power to be the best fighter but for only that one time. Now they have given their freedom and now must do anything to the peasant’s whim. An hour later Zeav came to a river, she dipped her staff in and found that her staff couldn't reach the bottom. She pulled it out and began to think of how to cross the river, there were no trees to leap to and no rocks to jump across. She was about to dive in and swim when she heard a large splash and angry mumbling, she went downstream to find a creature tangled in what looked to be a hunter's trap. |
| "Mom why did you have to adopt Zeav?" asked A'nthy. "Well, she was much nicer when we found her then when you were three" replied the boys mother. "It serves you right for asking about something like that" said Zeav as she walked into the room. "It's none of your business so go back to your tree" snarled A'nthy. "You want to take this outside and have me beat you up again" replied Zeav as she went into her fighting stance with her staff. "I'll take that challenge" said A'nthy as he made his hands into fists and began to get ready to throw a punch. |

| When Zeav looked to see what had been caught it turned out to be a cat like creature with wings, then half of it was hanging in the river while the rest of it was tired up in the trap. "Do you need any help?" asked Zeav to the creature. "Yes, if you get me out I'll tell you a secret" answered the creature. "You don't need to tell me a secret, I'll let you out |
| for free" said Zeav as she cut the rope and pulled the creature out of the water. "Your the first person who hasn't asked what the secret was, if you wondering I'm a Deeray and my name is Irf" replied the deeray. "My name is Zeav and I'm a tiger that's part human or the other way around" said Zeav. "Do you mind if I stay with you for a while?" asked Irf. "Be my guest, it might be nice to have some company" answered Zeav. "Now that you've saved me I will give you three rewards" said Irf. "I don't want any rewards" replied Zeav. "Yay, you passed the test. Tomorrow I will take you to a place where you can have some fun in a place of magic" said Irf as he began to bounce around. |
