  • Good question. No, Liz and Laura are not related. Laura's birth parents were Lesley Webber and Gordon Grey. When Lesley married Rick Webber, he adopted Laura. As for Liz, she's the daughter of Rick's brother, Jeff Webber (who was adopted by Lars Webber [Rick's father], and is the birth son of Helene and Steve Hardy). So legally, you might consider Laura and Liz cousins, but with all this adopting they are nowhere near related, biologically.
