Well, just look at him for a couple of minutes and you pretty much know what's up. He grew up on the streets and was adopted by Jeff Bougard, when he was about 10 years old. In the first movie he's with Lily, who works for Geese Howard,the man who killed his father 10 years ago. Geese, however, finds out that Lily helped Terri, so he kills her to :(. In the second movie, he's with Sulia, but she ends up dying to :( again. After,this he's alone, hence his nick name "The lone wolf" because he dosent want to put anymore people in danger.

About Andy:
He is Terri's adopted younger brother,
who also spent 10 years of his life training in his own style of fighting. He is very, perhaps a bit to much,serious about his training. In the second movie he gets "Involved" with Mai whos totally nuts about him, but Andy is a real gentleman, and shy about his feelings. Okay, basically, she tried to seduce him (gulp) but he resists, because he's just such a good guy :) I think they end up getting married later, so at least things turn out good for him anyway.

About Joe:
He is rivals with Andy while in the Japanese fighting circles back in Japan. He is a very wealthy guy with all the tournments he wins, and not afraid to show it, with the many parties he throws. He helps him out in the first movie, especially when Andy & Terri are up against each other in the King Of Fighters Tournement. Geese sends two men to take Andy out, but Joe jumps in front of the bullet, saving Andy's life, but gets hit instead. But he is okay, and helps fight Geese's henchmen through out the movie.
