We offer daily home delivery between 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., including weekends and public holidays.

Confirmation of Orders

Upon receiving of your order, we will check stock availability and confirm your order through email or telephone. Please note that due to some unexpected overwhelming demand or quality control, products may sometimes be out of stock.

Special Delivery Request

The customers can make a special request on the date and time for the goods to be delivered to them. A surcharge of $5 will be added to the bill.

Mode of Payment

We accept Cash, Cheque and VISA / MasterCard.

VISA / MasterCard Credit Card Payment

If you prefer to pay by credit card, please select 'credit card' as your preferred mode of payment. We will process the card transaction upon delivery of goods.

Cheque Payment

Please make cheque payment to 'Convien Pte Ltd'. Post dated cheque will not be accepted.

Cancellation of Orders

The cancellation of orders should be done 1 hour before earliest delivery time for each delivery time slots. The customer can cancel their orders at http://www.convien.com.sg, or by telephone,or by fax.

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day, no questions asked, return policy to guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return the goods to our deliveryman when delivery is being made or within 7 days of delivery and we will then credit your account for the amount returned accordingly. Please note that goods returned must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused unless you have found it defective in some way.
