From The Heart
Poet's Page Two
Peter's Page
An Ode To Love
We two, we catch each other's eye,
Can't look away, how hard we try.

We two, we see, our love is true,
Our feelings not old, but new.

We two, no longer two, but one,
As we laze under the midday sun.

We two, we have a story untold,
As we grow from young to old.

We two, we soothe each other's tear,
As our parting day draws near.

We two, in death, together still,
For, our love, nothing can kill.
