I've been in contact with a couple other Alberta Line 6 users online, and have met one of these guys personally. In your quest for Line 6 knowledge and support, you've no doubt heard of those awesome sounding user group meetings that go on in Los Angeles. Long way to drive, huh? Yeah, we think so too.
So here's the deal. Send me an email to me fretz78@hotmail.com and just provide your first name or nickname, email address and what city/town you live in. I don't want your address, phone number or any of that.
For now, I will contact you when I know we have a positive date and venue to hold a meeting. The fella I mention above is right now working on a list server that will email everyone automatically when new info is pertinent. Once that's all done, I will forward all the addresses to him, and everyone will be kept informed in a more efficient manner. If you don't want your email address on the eventual list, it'll be up to you to let him know, once he sends you your first correspondence.
Now, we are NOT gonna spam anyone with crap. The communiqués will in all likelihood be infrequent, and unobtrusive. They'll deal with the goal of getting us all together, nothing else. I hate spam and people who send it disgust me. But when you do receive information regarding a user group meeting, please reply! We need to know your level of interest, whether you're going to be able to make it.
I know I have a lot of questions for other AX2 users. I imagine everyone does.
